Review 1：The bed was round....so a tad squished when sleeping. Construction outside on the main road was awful every night and morning. No ac so you have to have the windows open to get circulation and street noise.

Review 3：There wasn`t a matrimonial bed, they were two beds joined together, but that wasn`t a big issue.

Review 9：Monsieur Gaetano was very helpfull, he explain how to reach some touristic places. He helped me also with the translation of a menu, and order some food for me. Good wi-fi in the room, and very nice bathtoom.

Review 19：We had a double room with private bathroom. They were very spacious and clean. The city map in our room was a very nice touch. The personnel was very kind and helpful in giving us tips. There was no restaurant at Pensiunea Italiana, but since we were very close to the city center, we had plenty of opportunities to eat in town some great dishes. Also, we could order pizza to our room from local pizzerias. Overall, we had a pleasant experience. I definitely recommend Pensiunea Italiana.

Review 23：The room was located at the ground floor near the reception and we were awaken by an early morning chat between the Italian owner and the staff. Insufficient heating, no breakfast, no toilet paper and little space for parking. I do not recommend it for a longer stay.

Review 25：Breakfast does not exist as an option, even if is present in the description of the villa on the website. In 7 days, cleaning was not done in the room, towels and bed sheets were not changed.

Review 31：The girl in charge was very unfriendly. The first thing she wanted once we arrived was to pay for the stay which was 2 nights. Since we only had euro we paid the next day. Rooms are very shabby looking & old fashioned (room on street level) besides being also very noisy by passing traffic. Bathroom is a disaster!! We didn’t have breakfast and sure we didn’t miss anything. Another issue we had was the free parking , since there are rooms below the drive which can take approx 3 to 4 cars was too much hassle for the girl / receptionist to move the hatch since there where rooms beneath the drive ( sure this is illegal ). Honestly was imagining a car passing over and blocking clients below . So we always had to park outside on the road which was not always to find. Value for money – We spent more more for 2 nights here than 3 nights in CLuj & can’t even compare. I honestly don’t recommend this Hotel / Dump to anyone. KG

Review 32：The Hotel is located in a very busy, multilane street. Parking ispossible only on the sidewalk in front of the hotel. No permanentreception, guests take the cleaning person, speaking only in Romanian.The Hotel has nothing to do with Italian style. Terribly equipped. Roomsquite large but horribly equipped, old dusty furniture. Equipmentdevastated. Dirty. Bathroom, dark and unpleasant. Bath without thestopper. Internet not working properely.

Review 36：When we arrived they were fully booked and didn't have a free room forus, despite the fact that we had a reservation on booking.com. They tookus to another location across the street where we got a tiny room in anattic, we had to pass through a yard full of junk to get there and theyasked us the full price of the regular rooms in their main location(which looked much better at least on the internet).
