Review 1：I had to clean the bath as it was full of grime, definitely not a 5 star hotel, some bad workmanship in bathrooms. Separate toilet but no hand basin. Wifi intermittent.

Review 2：Lovely comfy bed, well presented room but it was an executive room so expect this. Very relaxing by pool, good pool bar food and the breakfast was good. Plenty of hot water.

Review 3：They turn air-conditions off at all the hotel even when it was 30 degree celsius justifing it by being in winter. House keeping never answers to a call and you should ask reception for any housekeeping issue!!! Why the have phone?! and they are 5 star hotel?!! The see view room does not have an iron, and no any bottle of water served for free through the whole stay and no shampoo !! They billed my stuff i have not requested and forget to bill things i requested!!!

Rooms had the toilet in a separate room which is fine but it did not have a wash hand basin which meant you had to go next door to wash your hands. attention to detail not great eg I ordered the same omelette for breakfast each day and it was only the last two days they got the filling right. At times the staff could be a bit rude and dismissive but on the whole were OK. We did however enjoy our stay.

Review 9：poor selection of bread and fresh fruits for the breakfast. In the room they don't provide tea and coffee maker free water , iron and table like other 5 star hotels , some of the waiters are more beggars than professional workers .

Review 11：Given the otherwise very nice rooms and building (grand hallways and rooms) the bathroom was surprisingly unfinished (dodgy tiling and fittings and some poor paintjob in the corners). Normally I wouldn't be bothered but after all this is meant to be a 5 star hotel! In season (at full price) I'm not sure if it's quite worth the money, if you pay full price.

Review 12：For a reasonable (out of season, end of October) price we got to stay in a very good 5 star hotel. For us about £40 a night we had a wonderful 3 nights in some luxury! The pool is beautiful and the staff were all very attentive and friendly. We really enjoyed the included breakfast. The room was very comfortable with a balcony (almost sea view). Fairly quiet in Agadir at the end of October so not much fighting for sun loungers! A very enjoyable stay!

Review 13：1. WiFi: its not reach my room, when I try to ask about it they told me your room is sea view and its so far for the signal. 2. Staff: very bad staff except Anas, they ask for tips every where and try to prevent any bottle of water or Soda cans to enter the hotel because there is a minibar !!!

Review 15：Only real issue was with breakfast. 15 minute queue for omelette/eggs. Poor selection of fresh fruit and cereals. All food cleared away at 10am sharp.

Review 23：Disturbance and activities in the early morning. Little attention is paid to meetings rooms. No proper follow up is made by staff to ensure smooth runnings of meetings. Hot meeting rooms and poor services gave a bad experience which makes one think again about having meetings in the hotel.

Review 30：The lady in reception didn't even welcome us, very rude and had nohospitality whatsoever.They have no iron available though from speaking to other people, clearly others were provided with irons and free laundry services. These appeared to be people who were spending more at the hotel ie had all inclusive. There was a piece of dirty clothing in the room, the decor needs updating in the room, no adaptors, we requested late checkout weeks in advance with no response and then were told we could not check out late even though the room was not needed straightaway. When making a complaint, they did not know how to deal with the query and simply did nothing. If they had better trained staff and treated all customers equally, this place may have been more deserving. I wouldn't come back here again

Review 32：Wifi wasn't working for few days. Wouldn't provide us with the superwifi password. Mini bar quite expensive Don't use the spa facilities. You are wasting your money there. There was an American army presence when we stayed which was quite annoying. Imagine leaving your room to go to the beach and on way seeing 30-40 Americans speaking in full steam. You pay for five star hotel to avoid seeing these interruptions.

Review 35：Dirty No tea, coffee maker in room No water in room No slippers No bathroom kit Very poor isolation walls n ceiling (you hear every single move in other rooms). Dirty mattress Green fungi walls behind sitting cusions!! The toilet was not wiped b4 and during our stay (3nights)!! there were spider nets in corners and even hair that was there for 3 days during our stay!! Although we complained about all above nothing changed except replacing the mattress. A scarf was missing for 2 days then been found after being harsh with them ( watch and secure your belongings)

Review 39：We stayed in an executive room which was very well maintained. It had an Nespresso machine, plush carpets and big flat screen TV. The balcony is very big too. Wifi is free but connection is hit and miss in the rooms. The spa is amazing! Great location, really near everything. Nothing not to like really!

Review 46：I stayed in 3 hotels in the last weeks booked through booking.com and have had great prizes. However, its seems like you then get a room far from the entrance (Agadir), on the far side of the building (Valencia) or without in room amenities (Berlin), compared to other rooms in the hotel.

Review 48：Lack of information and poor service. Big smiles but no help. There is a hamman, but the leaflet in the rooms just said it was 1650 DH for a two day experience. I went to the hamman desk and got no further info. Eventually, my last day, I got them to admit you could have a steam bath for only 250 DH, but what a pain. The good swimming pool is a well kept secret. You can use it and the gym before 4pm free, aftrerwards it is extra, but nobody tells you this, and the info is not posted anywhere. The Wifi in the room only worked for one day, and I was told a lot of guff that it was off for two days, but when leaving I found that it worked very well by the pool and the pool cafe with a different password. The outside cafe told me they didnt serve meals - but they did. The staff at the buffet breakfast just stood around ( I was limping on a crutch), with big smiles but no help. The porter watched me struggle with two cases into the hotel (with crutch), before springing into action to help, too late. There is no price list on the minibar. Billing for room service was poor, as if you paid cash they didnt give you a receipt. Lots of complaints on this at checking out time from other guests..

Review 49：Great lication, right on the lovely beach, beautiful swimming pools and outside cafe, good breakfast. We chose a 'luxury executive room' with sea view and balcony, and it was worth the extra. With it came a sort of first class breakfast room, with luxuriously comfortable chairs, excellent service and good food. The room service food was good quality, and the service mostly prompt. The upgraded room had English language channels on the tv. So, good value for the room and facilities, but like pulling teeth to get (accurate) info and poor billing leaves a bad taste in the mouth.

Review 50：I requested a transfer from the airport on my booking. When I returned home there was an offer in my e-Mail for 700 DMS, 70 Euro. The fixed price of taxis from the airport was 200 DMS. Check in took 1/2 hour, the receptionist was rude and did not give any information about the hotel, 1 star hotels normally manage to advise when and where breakfast is. The Club Suite was situated out of the sun, no sun at all, and the ambient temperature on the balcony was around 17 degrees during the day. It was also situated directly above the kitchens, so we were woken around 6.00 am each morning and could listen to their noise from the balcony in the evening. The gala dinner on New Years Eve cost 130 Euro per person. Apart from the starter, the rest of the food was disgusting and inedible. Indoor swimming pool was only free from 10-16:00, 150 DMS at other times.

Review 51：Room was a good size and the furniture was comfortable. 50% of the staff were very polite. The hotel was well situated by the beach and close to restaurants. The breakfast offered a good selection. The entertainment on New Years Eve was good.

Review 52：Location of my room being on the ground floor facing the promenade .. so noisy: kids screaming,dogs barking,you name it... sleeping in that room was like sleeping in the street .. complained no less than 3 times and asked for room change but was only given unworthy promisses .. that row of rooms,961- 967 is a disaster !

Review 54：Booked a double room, but were greeted by a twin - we were only moved after persevering with the (initially) unhelpful reception staff. Some dodgy wiring and lose plug sockets. Balcony light did not work. Fridge did not work and was not fully stocked, but when we came to check out we were told that we should have checked its contents at check-in! Hopefully the hotel will uphold the receptionist's promise and we won't discover additional charges when our credit card bill arrives! Certainly not worthy of its 5-star rating.

Review 65：The hotel itself is fantastic! The room was exceptional and the pool area amazing, so close to the beautiful beach with hotel area and loungers as well. Great staff, healthy wholesome breakfast, great restaurants (especially recommend the Morrocan restaurant and the pool bar). Definitely go here for an easy carefree break.

I got a club suite thinking I would get a good room with sea view but I got a side street view with partial of the sea view . 5. Have to have a lot of money to stay here they will try to charge you double if you are not on the ball believe me they will try convince you that they are right they tried charging me a lot more than the price I booked . Inside the hotel decoration are nice but rooms are very dirty and old furniture 6. I tried another one if the same branch hotels last year in the marina and they tried to cheat me the same way 7. If you still decide to book this hotel and ask for sea view most likely you will only get partial view 8. The spa was actually not bad Conclusion I had booked 2 nights at this hotel but I left after the bad experience I had the next morning and decided to go to Another hotel although I had another night there which I had already paid for if that tells you anything

They look hard for anythingto charge more mony. Checked out 2 pm , charged 200 Dirhams for latecheck out. Charged 150 Dhs for ice!! It is almost impossible to havethe room that you booked for. Charged us 9100 Dhs and claimed itmistake by the receptionist with argued. Charged you even for thewater you bring from out side.
