Review 1：The receptionist tried to get more money for our stay, said something that we booked in last moment, so it is more expensive, but she accepted booking.com price when I showed our booking.

Review 5：oh dear worst place i stayed in romania made my own bed! wasnt done place was roasting and no air con but to be fair it doesnt advertise it! bedroom was small dark and dirty, overall awful, maybe i had a bad room? breakfast was non existent at 8am as a coach load of tourists had demolished it one of the worst hotels i have ever stayed in, there must be better choices inBran???!

Review 33：Rooms where big . The place was nice and clean. Staff very helpful even with limited English. They even stored my motorbike in a lockup around the rear for safe keeping. The hotel is very close to the shops and Bran Castle. We would definitely stay there again.
Review 34：It was unbelievable that you employ staff in tourism industry that don't speak English! Ordering food at the restaurant was a torture, menu was poorly translated with most of the meals not making any sense whatsoever. We tried to book packed lunches for next day - most of the people were not even able to get theirs in the morning as the staff had no idea what they were saying. How can you run a hotel without even rudimentary English?! Also your front steps are a lawsuit waiting to happen. They are incredibly dangerous! How in a country where you have snow for so many months this is not taken into consideration? Is the safety of guests not important to you at all? The wifi kept dropping off and was not accessible upstairs for most of the time. It is XXI century - we all expect to be able to connect in the hotels!
