Review 15：On our first morning there, we could not find anyone in the hotel. We needed to order a taxi to get to a wedding in the town and there was no one available to help! We had to walk to the next bar and find someone to help us which meant we were late for the wedding. The Wifi stopped working on the Sunday, they did not speak English and were a little rude when we asked them if they could speak English. They would not accept payment by card (even though there was a visa sign in the window). Overall, the hotel was nice and clean, but it was very difficult not being able to communicate, and then we had to pay in cash in a town where it is difficult to find a bank machine, so when we went to get our bus to krakow there was no way to pay for the bus! Thank God for the kindness of strangers, another passenger kindly paid our fair to get us to Krakow and we paid him back in Krakow. If you are staying at this hotel, you better learn a little Polish, bring lots of cash and an eye mask, as there are no proper curtains so it's gets bright in the room very early :/
Review 16：I was travelling with my sister, and we arrived very late and the hotel was kind enough to wait up for us to check in. The room was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and the Wifi access was good.

Review 18：The owners were wonderful and went out of their way to help me. I arrived early but she brought me a cup of tea and had them finish that room first. She helped with transportation arrangements and made me feel very welcome. The place was spotless and the touch of cynamon was beautiful.
