Review 1：Don't shock me any more when the cell phone is running out of power!

Review 2：1St day of my trip, giving me a great shock and hopeless! Arriving at9pm, by front desk's telling me no resevation received frombooking.com, through harvest time of int'l call to uk and to china,mandarin staff at last got my call and solved the problem, and in theroom through contacting and finalizing after 3/4 hour or so. Room isok and quite close to google hq y uni stanford.

Review 3：I booked a month in advance with booking.com for a discount rate they couldn't find my reservations I paid regular price for the room I am 6 foot 2 and she put me in a disability room the parking lots were empty underground parking was empty the place was empty.

Review 5：In suburbia - no near-by grocery stores or restaurants (apart from pizza delivery) so eat elsewhere. Literally right next to the 101 highway so noise is always present. Would certainly not come here for personal travel.

Review 7：Our last night there, we experienced a lot of hectic door slamming, laughing, and loud talking in 106. We were in 107. There was a group of people going in and out and it sounded as though they were having a party.

Review 15：My room's AC did not work. Room was 80 degrees when I arrived. When I asked for toothpaste the second night, the front desk forgot to bring it to my room. Shower pressure was terrible.

The breakfast room isn'tvery appealing and same two kinds of preserves offered every day.Breakfast is only served until 9 A.M., which is a bit early when you areon holiday. In fact, although it was included in the price, we rarelybothered with it and went to Starbucks in downtown Mountain Viewinstead. There is also a lot of traffic noise, being so close to freeway101, although some rooms are quieter than others.

Review 45：Our room was very spacious with two very comfortable double beds and agood sized bathroom. We stayed there for 13 nights and throughout ourstay the room and bathroom were kept spotless. Best we have seen inCalifornia so far. We wanted a quiet room and the first room we wereallocated was definitely not quiet, being too close to freeway 101. Wewandered around a bit and found a room situated on the other side of thehotel which was reasonably free of traffic noise and asked for that oneinstead. Other than traffic noise, the room was very quiet. It is notwithin walking distance of downtown Mountain View, but there is a nicelate opening mexican shop just round the corner which sells pretty mucheverything you might need, a hairdresser, launderett and a nice lookingItalian Restaurant.
