Review 1：We stayed in a 4 star room. It was brilliant. Staff is great and the hotel itself is really nice. We had dinner there and really enjoyed it. It was a pleasant 2nd visit. Thank you!

Review 24：What a lovely hotel in Alba Iulia. Spent two nights here and we were very happy with our stay. The hotel has been made over recently but the room size is probably a legacy from the early days. Not a major problem though. The hotel is an easy ten minute walk to the citadel. Breakfast is really good but the real winner in this hotel are the staff. So polite, so friendly, so helpful - I could not praise them enough.

Review 32：Breakfest could have had a better selection, since everything else held up to the standard of a 4 star hotel. Juice, milk and water was always served warmish, when it should have been cold.

Review 42：The balcony was very small and cramped, the lack of an ashtray on the balcony, forcing the guests to go downstairs or to make their own ashtray. There is never anyone at the reception area, I tried calling the reception on all numbers for hours and no one answered the phone. Also, when we checked in we had to wait for 10 minutes because there was no one at the reception.

Review 50：Reception staff under trained but I guess is not their fault! I have asked for a balcony room and was told the room has a balcony. When checked in there was no balcony. After checking again with the reception lady she said it was probably her colleague fault. Not something I would expect in a 4* hotel.

Review 52：Staff are negligent at best and demanded upfront payment with no explanation. The breakfast room was crowded and they had to serve people in the conference room. Food was average to say the least. At dinner, in the same restaurant they served raw fish :)

Normally I prefer to go out for dinner, question of changing atmosphere. This time I stayed at the hotel, because I knew that it would be hard to find better outside.

Review 56：It's a newly renovated hotel, just 10 minutes walk from the old city center (Alba Carolina). The hotel has private parking and free WiFi access. Rooms have a special design; the bed was comfortable and the pillows were excellent for a restful sleep. If you are a tea or coffee fan, you have to know that the room has a water heating kit. The staff of the hotel was very helpful, giving us several useful information. Basic breakfast.
