Review 1：I booked a room for triple occupancy, but basic necessities such as water, glasses and towels were only for two! When I asked for these at the lobby, the staff answer was also rude as if I was asking too much and trying to take advantage.If Thailand gives an impression of quality and friendliness, I would say, the hotel information is very misleading and that the staff in this hotel are much below standard!

Review 3：Not located in a tourist area, need to walk 10-15 minutes to find Thai restaurants. Found a nice café on a main street 15 minutes away (Pup achino). But surprisingly when I as looking for a dinner restaurant I, looking up I saw the Kosa hotel, which sits at one end of a street with many bars and restaurants and is bookend by another famous hotel, the Pullman. So if you know where you are, things may not be that far as I had only walked 15 minutes again in this case. There were a small group of ants in the bathroom, but they did not really bother me and numbered no more than 3 to 12 ants. Everything else was perfect.
Review 4：New. Trendy, modern design. For the most part very clean. Easy for taxi to find as well as when walking as there is a tower with the hotel logo that is easily visible from street. Staff is friendly and helpful. They have a dining area, but no restaurant at the present. WiFi was good.
Review 5：No internet access down all the time when operating poor poor poor. So anyboby wanting to stay here excellent and good value for money a bit out of the way. But if u need internet like i do go some place else.

Review 8：room design is modern. the lay out of room is wonderful. they have everything I need. toilet is separated from shower room, room light is put in a perfect position. electric plug is more than enough. and of course, room is spacious. highly recommended hotel in town.
Review 9：Still no breakfast offered so we had to buy food the night before, location is a bit awkward and one has to walk a bit to get public transportation (but I realize I'm being finicky here)
