Review 1：Security Staff allows ask for money if didn't give him he trying to make problem with you as they did with me at night shift 5 am morning on 10 December 2015 they put me in problem Then they ask me to pay 45£ I did care about money no high amount but my mood bad holy day About what happened breakfast no more options

Review 3：Golden caffee does not open until 3. In the past, it used to open at 11. Some staff, rarely though, try to exploit you financially when billing you for food in Golden, or when you need something like a lighter or adaptor.

Review 4：I like the reception guys especially Shakir, Mohammed and Nouraldin. Also the the Golden staff especially Hisham, Raul Gonzalis look alike :) and Ibrahim, the charcole maker. The spa is proffessional and so relaxing. The location is wonderful as being in front of the beach which is full of friendly citizens and school students in the morning. The house keeping ladies are so friendly.

Review 5：We entered the rooms and found them very dirty. The reception was not proffessonal they gave us higher prices more than what bookings prices. I do not know why.

Review 7：The best thing in this hotel is one receptionist called Ms. Ghizlan. She is trying to do her best to be happy in my stays in this hotel . Thx Ghizlan You are really excellent staff

Review 8：The fact that some of the services which are basic and which are cited in the website as being free are payable like the safe in the room you have to pay per day 25 Moroccan dirhams than to my big surprise the gym is also not free and you have to pay 100 Moroccan dirhams per hour, all this was never mentioned. The room service is just a big failure quality of food is very low and cost is high. The breakfast buffet does not have a big choice at all.

Review 9：The rooms are good, clean, bref is comfortable, bathroom clean, the staff at the reception are very welcoming and helpful. The location is just great. For kids you have a kids club and a wonderful animation team

Review 26：Very noisy hotel. It must have been built before the sound insulation is known. They party in the lobby and with a closed door of the room, you live the party. The room above me partied up to 4.00 am and I could not sleep. Internet is a mess! You can get internet in a small area in the first floor only and they close it starting 11.00 pm up to around 8.00 of every day. Room making is done at evening.

Review 28：The whole service provided by the hotel and its employee, the gest haveto expect to pay money for any and every service he ask for includingcleaning his room from housekeeping, otherwise his room will not gonnabe cleaned even after complaining and kissing every manager ass in thehotel,even you pay or you will be simply ignored ... Anything the hotelguests ask for , his request to gonna be ignored even though if you askfor any simple and normal service thats included with your room chargesguests are not allowed to order food from any restaurant outside the hotel and you will be forced to order your meals from the miserable room service and you have to be careful when eating anything from the room service because it's simply not clean and ...can be expired food but there is a solution, if you pay for the security they will allow you to have your food from outside the hotel, in addition. ,if you pay them, they will go and get food do you want from anywhere you ask, its so funny guests have to be careful when they request any service or bring food from room service, because there will be asked always to pay more than the actual price, they will never give you an invoice, day tell you the coast verbally, once you ask for an invoice, the total cost of your request will be decreased by 20 to 30%

Review 61：There is some negative point dont ever think taking a cab outside the hotel they will try to rip you off and the junior suite the view was on the swimming pool not on the sea side. And when o checked in they gave an deluxe room instead of junior then i checked with the reception guy he told its a room then i insisted after that he checked with booking and he realized i was right the good part is he did apologized and the reception guys were very helpful

Review 67：Staff was great EXCEPT the lady at the front desk. She was very unhelpful. They gave us a room less than the quality we had booked and then didn't honor the pricing from booking.com. Finally they honored it but only after argueing for 30 mins. I thought there would be beach chairs, so that was a disappointment.
