Review 1：Was initially checked into a filthy, 'semi-cleaned' room by aclueless receptionist...complained at once and was offered a room nextdoor...basically clean but faaaar from ideal...OPT For the nearbypensjonat halny instead!!!!!
Review 2：Group of seniors had a party in a dinnig room. During midnigh they were very loud when walking to their rooms, there was lot of noise in a corridor in front of our room. They did not respect the late night hours, this took about an hour and nobody cared. B
Review 3：Room was clean,ok. Receptionist was kind and helpful. Available free parking righ behind the hotel. Close to the center, about 10 min walking.
Review 4：A post communist hotel. Endless incheck procedures. Staff speaks hardly any English. Some of them understand only Polish. There was a night receptionist who wasn't willing to do anything. Thin walls, noisy in and outside the hotel. Guests are smoking in the hallways. Pillow not very comfy. Room wasn't cleaned, no towels refreshed. Very slow wifi.

Review 12：Accommodation was basic, room small with one single bed and one couch, but it was the least expensive hotel we stayed in. The location is ideal, right next to the bus and train station.
Review 13：The beds were hard, shower was tiny and the room had a stale alcohol smell. We checked out after one night and the staff did offer us an upgrade however we had already booked elsewhere.

Review 30：More information about various tours was not available in the hotel - it is suggested to include some tour information. Walls are very thin - you can hear almost everything from next room. Suggest to include juice in breakfast.
Review 31：Located very near to bus station - 3 minutes walk. Transports to other locations available at the bus station. Although the receptionist speaks very little English, while checking out, as only one person stayed in the room, she reduced the room charge for one person - I was not aware of that. It was really great on her part. Wi-fi is available in the room but signal is not strong (as per booking.com website, wi-fi is available only in public areas). Spa is located in the basement and the massage therapist is really good with her massage.
