Review 1：Car park not provided. Reception said we can get parking coupon at 7E (managed by city council) but they do not sell it at the time. Get it earlier if you drive there to avoid getting tickets.
Review 2：Clean room and toilet, value for money and very pleasant. Water dispenser (hot and cold) provided outside the room. Bathroom amneties provided (shower gel & shampoo). Flat screen TV with cable TV channels. Wifi is provided but I didn't use it. They require a RM50 deposit per room and will return it Zwhen you check out. Keep the receipt. 7 Eleven located at the same row and Berjaya Megamall within walking distance.
Review 3：1. The main lobby air conditioning are much cooler than the room air conditioning.. 2. The shower curtain..at the end of shower, its a mess. 3. The parking ticket should also be sale by the hotel..
Review 4：I have done the booking with a statement clearly stated no deposit or booking fee will be imposed during check-in. Once there, I had to pay extra money with for deposit. The staff said the money is just for room's provision deposit should anything happen inside the room (furniture, electrical appliance, etc). The deposit, however, shall be reimbursed after during check-out, which is fine and not the crux of the matter here. I thought booking.com's client do not charge deposit upon confirmation. What if another guest had come and he/she didn't have enough money to pay the deposit. Please state clearly if there is additional charges so we can prepare the provision for extra payment earlier.

Review 6：Bathroom not very good. Instant hot water was good but cold water in the sink. Deluxe room might need extra lighting, most tubes were out, and some more bench space.

Review 11：- A rude staff called "Hidayah" if I am not mistaken, malay but with indian look, she cheated, she is rude, and should not work as frint officer at all. - No kettle in the room, which makes it tuff for family with very young/little kids. - No iron and iron board in the room.

The so call water heater is not providing the sufficient heating. The water heater is also a very old set. There no cup in the wash room for brushing teeth.

Review 101：The design of room especially the lightning. It was just the same as picture shown at website. The blanket very comfort . I didn't feeling cold the whole night even adjust the temperature of air-conditioner to 16 degree Celsius. Very very satisfied!
