Review 10：The hotel is right at the beach, with a variety of restaurants including pizza hut and mcdonalds just 10 mins walk away. The entertainment team was very engaging!! The bar had interesting shows every night including live bands and other performances. My 7 year old enjoyed kids disco. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of foods!

Review 13：Food was disappointing and bland. Vast echoing reception rooms with not enough guests to fill them - but it was out side peak season. Cost of local bottled water, which had to be purchased on site, was nearly three times the price you pay on the street. Yet again, despite booking a double room with a king size bed, we were given twin beds pushed together but with separate bed linen.

There was no complimentary water in the rooms. The minibar was empty. The breakfast was average. Definetly not 4 star standard.

Review 21：Staff are incredibly helpful . Especially abdullah who does the night shift at reception . Very helpful and always there to answer any questions you have . the rooms and very clean. The hotel is located just across the road from the beach which is private for the hotel residents. There's always someone there to assist you if you need anything. The food is very delicious and the waiters are always happy to help. This is always a child friendly place . There are always different activities for the kids and adults . The swimming pool are very clean and safe . We played tennis during our stay and we lived the courts. I would definitely come back to this hotel and I recommend it too .

Review 29：Like every one else, the internet. Terrible. connection. But, really, you don't go to the beach to be looking at your screen. They are fixing it, I understand. Once again, for what you pay, it's insignificant. It's beach is near ClubMed Beach--the same sand, the same infrastructure, and one play 3 times less.

Review 30：One thing is certain above all else when one has young children: find entertaining. And Agadir Beach club has sit. Besides a swimming pool designed for the safety of children, they hav many free activities for children as well: from 10 to 12:30; 3 to 5; and 8:30-9:00. We have children of 4,6 and 12; and it was perfect for us. And the beach, if you want to go, is right in front, and safe. For the quality/price we have found very few other places better than Agadir, and we travel a lot. Animation staff was great, too; they always had activities for everyone--and a smile was well.

Review 36：I liked the staff and the easy access to the beach. The hotel itself is built very nicely, with swimming pool, shops and spa, so it was convenient and my daughter loved it. I loved the sea view from the rooms.

Review 37：Normal facilities are at extra cost...ironing etc...which you would expect to have in your room, but no iron available only an ironing service which is quite expensive.

Instead of explaining what happened, he accused us of being dishonest. The wifi in the room was also slow.

Review 51：We notified management about stains and hair on our sheets. Our sheets were changed while my fiancé and I ate dinner and we were initially appreciative. Upon waking up the next morning we found condoms under our bed. We expressed our disgust to the manager. To add insult to injury, the manager's response was to offer to pay for our dinner from the previous evening. After 15 minutes of negotiating like we were in a Souk the manager thought it was wise to waive our room fee as long as we paid for our meals.

Review 52：The staff at the Moroccan themed restaurant on the property was exceptional. They were inviting, responsive, and extremely entertaining. The traditional music performance was exceptional. The closest thing to having classicly trained musicians perform while you dine.

Review 53：First, you have to check in at registration. Then you have to go to the cashier to pay. Ridiculous. I've never been in a hotel where you have to wait in two lines just to get the key. Wifi is unreliable in all areas. Web says free in all areas, but you can never connect

Review 75：The reception/checking/checkout is painful. I stayed one night and came back for 2 nights. The first time the reception asked me to send the email for the extra bed (we were 3 adults). When I did the checkout , the price was different to the agreed with booking. I told the receptionist that he had to discuss with booking.com. I payed more than I expected. 7 days later I came back and booked another room for 3 adults. I mentioned 3 adults and also asked for 3 towels as the extra towel was missing during my first night. The receptionist had the information about the 3 beds but no extra towel. We decided to pay for the room one day before checkout. Half of the bill was printed and half written. The last evening we wanted to pay for some drinks and the receptionist told us that the price for the extra bed was wrong once again. I guess the booking software is too old and make the process painful for everyone.

It appears the hotel overbooks their rooms in the high season, calculating that x% of people will cancel at the last minute........ and these basement rooms are only used when less than x% cancel. After much complaints our companions were moved the next day. - Hotel was packed full in August. Would be a much better experience outside of July/August. - Pool is shallow and mostly used for organized games. and impossible to get a lounger. - Usual bad music pumping at poolside from morning to evening. - When the hotel is full the breakfast is a bit like a rugby scrum.... There are not enough dining tables and not enough space around the buffet tables.

(La Playa had good food and reasonably priced drinks). - Hotel staff were very busy but polite. Better than most similar big hotels in this regard. Extremely slow.
