Review 7：We had a very bad experience with our stay at M S Garden Kuantan from 24.12.2015 to 27.12.2015 The following is our sincerest review, feedback and advise NOT to stay at this hotel. 1) Things went wrong right from the start when there was no response to our e-mail enquiry to arrange for airport transfer. When we reached airport, we try to call and check the outcome of the transport arrangement, the receptionist transferred our call so many times that the line got cut off. When we call again, no one pick up our call. And we have to arrange taxi in airport. 2) When we finally got to the hotel, there was no porter to help with the luggauge (this was despite telling the hotel there is an elderly travelling beforehand). We have to carry our luggauge climb up to the staircase, then the porter appear in the lobby. 3) bed arrangement was not what was booked, and they could not make any adjustment to correct the arrangement; 4) the room facilities and housekeeping was atrocious: faulty lightings, TV not working; dirty tap water, used mineral water found in the refrigerator, missing towel and slipper; kettle provide with rusty condition, safe box that did not work/lock; and a housekeeping/conceige line that never gets picked up. Every request we need to call few round, they will transfer your call till the line got cut-off or u give up or u go to the front desk personally to get your thing done. Around 11pm, receptionist call to change room because no water. 5) The Jacuzzi and sauna was not working, and no assistant around to guide or to seek for help. 6) The wait for breakfast is forever! The seats are always filled and the entire dining place is very crammed. The food choices is very limited and presentation is so messy. 7) This is entirely not acceptable for a centrally located 4-star hotel. It is the worst hotel I have come across and I will not recommend for anyone to stay here. Very frustrating experience with very unfriendly hotel staff.

Review 16：It was not actually a bad experience but was more on upset. I wished our rooms be near to each other or at least on the same floor, but that was not fulfilled. The air-condition of our rooms (3 beds) was not in good condition. It wasn't give us a comfort stayed because it was warmed, since we used to have good air-condition in our home beds. The stay was only one night so it was no point for me to complaint that time.

Review 22：Breakfast manual is below average. The restaurant receptionist was not friendly. The swimming pool, in our opinion, was not safe. The slide is dangerous. My 4 year old boy hurt his head at the pool. The guests were required to go down to swimming pool via M floor. The steel staircase was slippery and we didn't feel safe to use it. Why did you make an factory type staircase for hotel? It looked very ugly and unsafe.

Have been told by the front desk staff that the room assign to me during the stay will be improved according to previous complaint on the bathroom conditions so still the room is given to me as a booking.com guest? FYI, i'm staying at your hotel on the day before for my business trip and the condition of the other room is much more better than the weekend stay while the price is more higher than the business trip so me and my family are so regret due the above mentioned complaint. Me and my family arr so loyal to MS Garden but what and where is the loyalty given by the MS Garden to us as your lotal guest?

Review 34：The hotel itself need total refurbishment/ makeover. Last came here in 2006 and now funny thing doesn't change a bit, in fact the conditions have deteriorated a bit. The sahur (suhoor) is too simple. Adding nasi lemak or noodles will give more choices and varieties.

Review 38：Not much of a bad experience, but I caught the front desk girl lying when I need a late check-out informing me that your hotel is running full. Thanks to her, I managed the late check-out with some payment, but she didn't need to lie to me. I am paying the late check-out, I didn't ask for a free stay. I found out during my check-out time when I enquired from a different staff. She told me it was not full at all, there were plenty of rooms still available.

Review 39：I simply love the spacious family room, and it is situated next to the megamall, just within reach if we need anything. Nice hotel and cleanliness is great.

Review 40：poor response from staffs,unable to switch off main light at night from master remote/controller at bedside, had to call operator for maintenance, never came for repair, then the next day went to front desk and reported for the same problem, they promised to sent maintenance in 30 minutes, never came to my room until checked out the next day...very poor parking spot.

Review 78：I was been there on Aug 14.Earlier on that have make a booking with remark of double bed for the only requested. The end yet to get my double bed. The fantastic thing will be the ants! There is few differents spices of Ants around on the corner table inside the room, washroom and also on the dining table in Restaurant. The mostly important is the front counter malay lady staff who arranged my check out. She was so rudely to yelling me during i just double confirm with her the bill charges before i place my signatories by Visa Card. End up, the lady staff just taken back the bill after i signed. i was totally stunned and disappointed with this kind of services appearing on me! The poor services i had and never ever going to this hotel in future.

Got stains on the carpet and toilet, the shower was leaking, breakfast could have been better since it is a 4 star hotel. I was also a bit frustrated as I told the sauna was under renovation. I was looking forward to try their sauna. Lastly, the room was bit scary because we got the end corner room and the window panel has been tempered with and panel lock was a bit loose.
