Review 1：The location is pretty out of the way and our room was a bit worn looking. Ended up in a smoking room so luggage all smelled by the next day.

Review 5：The road to reach the complex is in terrible condition. Very small room, with a very tiny window, not enough air and light can get through, can get very warm during the night.
Review 6：Friendly host. The area is very well suited for hiking, you can even take a swim in the nearby lake. The food was good. Our small room included an even smaller sink. The common shower and toilet were unexpectedly clean.
Review 7：In a 3 night stay the room was not serviced. No towel change, bin emptied or toiletries (2 sachets of shower gel only) replenished. The owner does seem a bit stern but was okay generally. One night we arrived back from Baia Mare around 10.30pm to find the gate was locked and we had to wait to be let in. Only one electric point with a 3-way adapter. Wifi was not that good in the public areas. On my confirmation email the room facilities included a balcony but we were not offered a room with a balcony.
Review 8：Room size was okay and it was quiet, even though on the ground floor. Food was good though expensive in comparison with restaurants in Baia Mare. Located opposite a lake.
Review 9：In the room there is a billboard asking a long list of what not to do. It was like the owners had bad experiences with some guests and now he is "educating" all others how to use the bathroom or the pool. First time I read I felt frustrated and wanted to live and search another hotel. Good that I decided to ignore the text because the services were fine and I felt wonderful during the stay.
Review 10：The location is like in fary tales, a lake in the front, a small river in the backyard. The food is very good, there is plenty of space to park the car, the room is small but very very clean. Decent furniture, there is nothing missing. Close to Baia Mare (25 minutes) and mountains in 5 minutes driving distance. Familly bussiness, the hotel is actually also their house so don't expect to make scandal, or to drop garbadge trough the window or to behave unpolite to other guests. I seen a scene when the owner's wife was asking some bikers (guests) not to make noise because childrens were sleeping, with a very tough voice and they calm down instantly. There is also a pool with jacuzzi but didn't try it.
Review 11：- Attitude of the owner (tells customers not to touch stuff around, screams at the employees) - Dogs are kept on the property (hat to keep an eye on children all the time not to go there) - Room was moistured all times (could be due to the mountain climate itself) - No air conditioning - Hot water was broken, was not repaired during our stay - Crowded parking lot - Place is difficult to find, also with GPS (look for indicators to "IZVOARE", not "FIRIZA")
