Review 1：We had a couple of dirty coffee cups in the cupboard. (They had coffee still in them, meaning we ended up washing everything before using as wasn't sure it was really clean) Also the air con in my room (110 - main bedroom) kept switching off making the room stuffy. Also there was some noise, not sure where from, that kept waking me up during the night. Sounded like a toilet flushing or something on another level. We all agreed it would have been great if the second bedroom also had TV and air con. Overall however great for a nights stay.

Review 3：Loved everything about it - very clean, had EVERYTHING I could need, rooms were lovely and service was great. My only disappointment was that we were only staying one night - would have loved to stay longer...will definitely be back!

Review 5：My stay at the Quest was beautiful. I stayed with my children and found it is child friendly along with a lovely atmosphere. Staff are absolutely delightful and happy to help with any request. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

Review 10：We had dirty coffee cups, then I wondered what else is dirty I had too ask reception for a receipt as we had a very late check in and then after I asked for a receipt he got me to sign a check in form. Rang the hotel twice prior to check in and each time kept on hold for quite a while and wasn't advised of the Visa Card surcharge at all.

Review 11：The room was great, bed terrific, very spacious loved the balcony.

Review 12：the rooms are soulless and small. we had a view of the roof of the adjoining building. our room was also next to the elevator and we could hear the engine noise all night and the voice telling us which floor we were on. the area has nothing going for it either.

Review 14：Excellent location tucked away behind the main street, very convenient for shopping. Handy having rhe hotel beside it too so you can have a drink or two and not have to worry abour driving home but also no noise from patrons coming and going.

Review 15：We arrived in the middle of the night and the staff were so accomodating! When we entered the apartment we were surprised by all the facilities available, we must have been upgraded but couldn't be more thankful, and now we are hooked! We had another stop on our road trip and tried to book another quest apartment but unfortunately at had sold out - at least I know why! Will certainly search for Quest going forward while travelling with the family! 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry facilities, kitchenette dining and lounge! It was like a home away from home.

Review 19：Bed was a little uncomfortable and you could tell it was 2 beds pushed together, the crack down the middle was noticeable. Extra thickness under blanket things might help??? Lots of pillows and nice feeling linen so I still slept quite well :)

Review 22：Excellent location within walking distance of Central Wodonga. Vast improvement on the old style motel which was previously the standard of accommodation in Wodonga. Would stay there again.

Review 24：Poor responses from staff when discussing problems eg room key stopped working on day two and no apology offered for inconvenience when staff realised they 'thought we were only staying one night'. Bathroom had a blocked sink and once again response from staff poor.

Review 28：bedroom right next to gym and treadmill started at 6.30 am. Could hear it right through apartment - in all three bedrooms.

Review 29：Clean, fresh and had everything we required. Easily accessible to Main Street and loved the walk way to the hotel next door for an easy breakfast.

Review 30：I slept by myself in the sofa bed which was fairly uncomfortable and in no way could I have slept there with another person, we would have rolled into each other all night. Also, my booking notice said free wifi, which wasn't the case. Also, there is no option for other in the above " type of traveller", we are actually all related, part family, not friends, not couples.

Review 48：Had to have our room changed from a one bedder to a studio due to govt contracts extending the week before. This meant the earlier (and ill ) sleeper had no room to escape to, and that the only seating available was a dining chair. Had a sleepless night on our second night due to lots af partying guests trying to get into our room. Not the ideal birthday and anniversary weekend we were planning!

Review 50：The only thing that annoyed me was when I was trying to get into my room my key wasn't working but the staff at the desk were very helpful and I got in there eventually.

Review 55：Restaurant staff were extremely helpful. 10 of us arrived without a booking and, even though they had a large booking, they accommodated us. Meal was excellent.

Review 56：Internet access process was not offered on check in and not explained. I therefore purchased access when prompted at cost of $25 online. Had repeated issues with getting connection/disconnection. Asked Reception for help only to then hear about the free WiFI and not get any help with my issue - person didn't appear to know how the sign in internet sign in process actually worked. Breakfast service very slow - had to wait 30 mins for Muesli! when there were less than 20 people in the restaurant.

Review 58：on both stays i have had a horrible sepitic smell in the bathroom coming from the drain in the floor. Last trip the toilet hadnt been cleaned upon check in.

Not impressed with the poor option of buying a pack. Very unsatisfactory for guests... you are offering a facility for hospitality. Spoilt the entire experience, I'm afraid.

Review 66：The staff were friendly and efficient. The apartment was spacious and well appointed and the availability of the restaurant next door was great when you arrived late afternoon and don't have the energy to go exploring (and the food and service was excellent).

Review 70：1. The location is fantastic. Near Safeways so it's easy to dash across the road & get what you need, very convenient for anywhere you need to get in Wodonga. 2. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed in it, the bed was comfy, plenty of space. 3. Staff were friendly. 4. Good security so I know my car won't get broken into!

Review 77：Walls were a little thin, so you could hear people talking in the next rooms, etc. Wifi, while free, comes with a limited download per week, which seems unreasonable. It really is well past the time when all Australian hotels should be offering free wifi as part of their package.
