Review 1：The television picture was poor, the Internet was so slow it took 10 hours to update an App ( usually about 8 to 10 seconds ) The breakfast was not inviting and same same everyday,cold fried eggs and mass produced processed junk ham always in water, Why? However the new manageress was very attentive, after requesting an omelette and some bacon she arranged it for me, very well done lovely lady you saved the day but sadly your chef cooked the bacon and them dumped it "yes you guessed it " in water, what is it withThai chef's that they have to put cooked meat, butter, sausages and many more things in water, can't somebody tell them? Finally the swimming pool is very badly positioned,a tiny area of it was the only place that saw the sun and for about 20 minutes every day so the water was freezing and you sat in the shade. Never saw any one use it not even the kids.

Review 2：The upgrade was a very pleasant surprise,room very big ,bed very comfortable, large bath and terrific shower, staff very friendly and helpful BUT !!!

Review 5：The menu is acceptable but a bit poor. The pool is shallow. The location leaves to wish better, though you can reach the KK center by walk within 15 mints. Before taking a stroll please be sure you're able to find the way back. or take a taxi. Fortunately, they know.

Review 11：Pre cooked western breakfast which was then allowed to get almost cold in the dining room. Plenty of staff on duty including a chef who wandered around looking important when someone could be cooking eggs to order. Hotel is out of the centre of town so a car is needed. But there are many little restaurants within easy walking distance.

Review 26：My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 3 days at the end of November. We found ALL the staff to be a credit to this hotel, from reception to meal times; we were always greeted with a smile. Our room that was a suite had the WOW factor, it was huge and offered everything I could have wished for, and more. For this alone I have no problems in recommending this to everybody wanting a treat. We both truly look forward to staying at this delightful hotel again on our next visit to this beautiful country. Review 58：Not really a big minus: the pool wasn't very big, but it was clean and not overcrowded and seemed well maintained. I expected the rooms to look slightly better then they did in reality. But again, didn't really feel bothered by this. They simply looked flashier on the online pictures.

Review 63：We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights in room 305, superior twin bed. It is very comfortable and worthy. Our room is very nice, clean and modern. This hotel placed near the bus terminal (10 mins.) and some famous tourist location (you can walk to the ''Tohroong night-barza'' in 15 mins.). Staffs are kind and helpful. They allowed us to early check-in at 07.00 a.m. (our time is 02.00 p.m.) that's great!! They always served us with pleasure. This hotel have few guest, so it is very quite.
