Crocus Hotel is located in Zakopane, less than half a mile from Wielka Krokiew Ski Jump. It features spa and health club with a swimming pool, a sauna, jacuzzi and a steam bath.

Review 1：I have to return to find something negativ.

Review 2：Very good restaurant. Very competent personel (espescially the girl that advised/served the wine ;-) ).Very quiet.

Review 3：The bed needs to be higher up and the quality of the mattress needs upgrade. No water pot in room to make hot drinks.

Review 15：Whereas the food in the restaurant is absolutely delicious and beautifully presented, there is no ambience in the restaurant at all. There weren't many people staying while we were there (off season) but still a little music and some candles lighting would have nice. The candles were there alright but not lighting. An idea might be to cordon off an area where business is slow and definitely make it a bit more eating friendly. Another idea: put a time limit on the hot tub. Couldn't use it at all one day because the 4 people in it just wouldn't get out! They are probably still in it!

We really enjoyed using the swimming pool and the games room, where there is table tennis, air hockey and table football. The staff were friendly and spoke good English.

Review 24：This was a very nice hotel. The swimming pool was great to have and we used it often. The proximity to mountains is a plus. Restaurant and front desk staff all very helpful. The food in the restaurant was very good and priced very well. A lovely stay for two adults and a 10 year-old.

Review 53：Small bathroom, design of the corridor, bad spa-there was no waiting relaxing room in Spa area, we just sat in cold corridorr 15 min without getting anything to drink (like green tee, water, fruits etc), cold in room when we ware having the treatment and the bed was wet. When we commented that to the stuff they answered us becasue the man before was having massage!!!! And they didn't change the towels on the bed between costumers!!! The shower in spa area was dirty and not nice. I will never go to SPA over there, much much nicer other places I tryed in Zakopane. The cleaning stuff forgot to change the towels on the bathroom. I had to call reseption by the midnight to get a new one. Ok hotel, cheapest from the others with 4 stars, but very poor SPA. Dont use this hotel if you wish to spend most of the time at SPA.

Review 83：We stayed at the hotel for four nights and we were most impressed with the standard of the accommodation and the friendliness of the staff. If there was a spec of dirt we did not see it. During our stay we made full use of the excellent swimming pool and associated facilities. The only dining we did was breakfast and there was plenty of choice and no apparant restraints. Without the slightest hesitation we would recommend the hotel and Zakopane.
