Review 1：Price quite high compared to the other 2 of my favourite hotels when I came to Kuantan. I was surprise with the present price like 5 star hotel. No room service, limited breakfast menu compared to the price. Limited facilities - pool not very spacious No room service Room too small Bathroom too small & slippery

Review 2：During check in i was attended by the malay lady very friiendly & informative. The bed and pillow is comfortable. Location is good.

Review 19：The location of the hotel is strategic and easy to find. There are ample parking bays around the hotel. I give a credit to the cleanliness of the hotel. I like the corridors to the rooms.

Review 23：There were extra pillows on the bed which made our night sleep extremely comfortable. Room is super clean and car park is conveniently right in front of the hotel entrance and there is nothing to worry about.

Review 25：The pillows are comfortable and the bathroom is very nice. The staff is also polite and professional, especially the ones at the cafe. The food and coffee at the cafe are delicious and not overly expensive. The pool is also clean.

Review 28：On day 2.. i extend my stay and ask this malay receiptionist staff to inform housekeeping to make up my room. Meanwhile shw also busy talking about to go lunch with her friend. Which is not approciated because im the customer still standing infront of her. Later i go lunch and spend time about 2 and half hour at lobby. Go to my room and find out still not done. Go back to ask that receiptionist staff and get angry cause i wait long enough. And have to wait for another 1hour at lobby.

Review 29：Big comfortable king bed and this one housekeeping boy. Who always smile and greet me brightly. I got mad because still not clean my room. Beleive that receiptionist staff dont inform them. But he still smile and say sorry. After that give him little tips and thanks him. For good attituded. Still remember his smile.

Review 36：During check in time, I have requested for late check out and was told ok by your staff. The next day, when I came back to the hotel after my golf game, I cannot access my room. The door access card was blocked. I go down again to the reception carrying all the luggage bags for clarification and was told that I should inform them again for late check out request on the day! What?? They should tell me earlier! Its ridiculous & very troblesome. I straight away throw my credit card & check out!

Review 40：Very late check in time, 3 pm. They say they have the express checkout but we still need to give the credit the time when we checkout even they've authorized the card during check in. So its not express, but not too bad.

Review 42：The front desk staff did not even bother to help looking for a mobile charger head for me to borrow when I asked. She instead went straight to saying 'No, we don't have it' when I can be sure one of the staff would have it. This was at about 10pm on Saturday.

Review 48：Isolated and quite a distance from the nearest shops/food outlets. It is also a very dangerous walk as there are no pedestrian walkways along the very busy road. Guests without cars will be at a big disadvantage.

Review 54：Stay was spoilt by loud and unruly singing across the Main Street that could be heard on the 6th floor even after covering pillows over our ears. Complained to front desk but disappointed that the hotel can't do anything about the racket as it was a private function. Resorted to calling the police and thank god the singing was stopped within half hour. Clearly the hotel was not at fault, Kuantan authorities should take action against the operator.

Review 55：Checked in for two nights in room with a great view on 6th floor. The bed was super comfortable. Enjoyed good breakfast in newly refurbished dining place.

Review 59：Everything about the hotel was fantastic, but I would say that the staff were the highlight of the hotel. Everywhere you go, from the Cafe for breakfast, Barista for coffee, the reception, the housekeeping, the concierge, the staff are so helpful, always smiling, and ready to help. Their service surpassed some of the top five star hotels in KL. I hope this will continue and I look forward to go back with my kids...

Review 77：The type of room were different as compared to my last travelled. Both 2nd & 5th floor are executive deluxe. Same value but different floor that I needed to pay extra to get a bigger space room which located at 2nd floor.

Review 79：I need to argue with the hotel staff to have my hand towels be sent to my room. In the first place, why they did not replace the towels that they have taken away? Secondly, why should they argue with a customer who is asking for something reasonable? Wifi is very very slow. The room is small. We had connecting rooms and we still feel it is small. The bathroom smells like bleach. There is only showers, no bath tub. There are no room slippers. I asked!! These people will also charge the extras to your credit card (at registration point) without asking first. Usually, hotel will ask me whether they can charge an extra amount. This one just do what they please.
