Review 1：The receptionist is never at the reception desk (you need to press a button to call him), but the door is always open. Everybody can enter. The kitchen is dirty, a lot of dishes in the sink, full of garbage, tables are dirty. They should clean the kitchen more often given that the hostel is full of guests. In our room we always had water on the floor after taking a shower. I asked the receptionist to check the bathroom but he didn't solve the problem. We spent 3 days with water on the floor. The day before we left the room was even not cleaned. I paid for laundry but it lasted very long (a problem with a dryer). The iron was also dirty. The staff is not friendly.
