Review 1：But quite far from the famous beach of Teluk Chempedak or Cherating. If you are just wanted to wander around Kuantan city, this hotel might suits you.

Review 4：Hotel staffs are friendly. Wearing their smile all the time. When I first arrived at reception, after 4 hours of non stop driving. The hotel staff welcome me with warmth smile. When I entered my room and I realized that my hot water didn't working. I called to operation to lodge a complaint. In just 10 minutes, hotel sent their technician to repair. And afterward, they called me at my room number to ask if the technician came and is my problem resolve.

Review 5：Breakfast are little disaster as no many choice given, staff in charge on breakfast session definetely lack of training never come and clear table and no re fill on time, especially the girl in charge for making friend eggs and omelet are too slow and definetely trainee look into how she serve guest and my wife need to make long queu for serve with omelet finally cancel to waiting,

Review 13：The fitness centre opens quite late (7am). So, you can't workout in the morning before heading out to work. While the selection of food at the breakfast buffet is vast, when I requested for any sandwich to be packed for take away breakfast instead of dine in, I was told that I can only take whatever the kitchen prepared which was nasi lemak.

Review 28：I was told that valet parking is free, but in the end I still had to pay for it. Though its just RM15, but still. The kettle in the room was a little dirty and had stains on it. Receptionists needs to be alittle more efficient I guess. It took them quite awhile to exchange our room cards when we got stucked outside our room. Probably around 15 minutes at least.

Review 33：The Chinese restaurant in the hotel, which we had dinner the year before, has closed. Good to have a Chinese restaurant within the hotel, other than the café/lounge offerings. Would be nice to have plates, spoons at the coffee table area. Currently only 2 mugs and 2 stirrers. The hotel has good potential, given its location flanked by new office building and a mall right opposite. It is important for the hotel management to continue to provide good property management, maintenance, cleanliness and security in order to achieve sustainable standard for repeat clients.

Review 50：I have been staying in Zenith Hotel in Kuantan for over a month in yr 2011 and I was impressed by the new facilities and great staff. even though the facilities now are a bit old，it doesn't affect my good impression to Zenith. The East Coast Mall is only at the opposite to the Zenith which is extremely convenient! It was a great stay!

Review 57：I have made several visits to this hotel over the past 1 year. I found that they have downgraded their coffee brand from Moccona to Nescafe and the tea from Twinning to Cameron at the room which is quite disappointing. Since the first stay I had visited Zenith which cost less than RM280 including breakfast up till now RM307 excluding breakfast, the quality versus value for money had obviously gone down. I hope with that kind of price, in location like Kuantan, the room beverage could be of a better quality.

Review 71：Everything else.I don't think the standard of the hotel should not be rated as 5 stars especially the horrible service from the front office. I have two separate booking from Booking.com for two separate days, but I have already communicated to the hotel that it was for the same person and I would like to have the same room for two nights and we had a lengthy talk and the hotel sent me an e-mail confirmation that they understood and would give me the same room for two nights. When I checked in, they didn't seem to know anything about the e-mail and they suggested that I checked in for day 1 and checked out and checked in again on day 2 which I thought was ridiculous. They could not find me the room, so they upgraded me. Of course, they never offered me any apology for inconvenience caused. Anyway, the second day I found out my keycard was disabled, so I went downstairs, and the other front officer told me I needed to move to the other room because they upgraded me only for 1 night, which of course all these have never been communicated to me in the first place when they upgraded me. My desire was very simple, I traveled with two young children, I did not want to move the rooms which was the reason why I spent time talking to hotel before my arrival. When the hotel promised to give me the same room for 2 nights and could not fulfill it and had to upgrade me for the first night, but wanted to move me to the other room for the second night...until now I still could not find the logics. I am very upset, so I shared the story with you and hope no one had to experience the same thing like me but for sure that would be the last time we would visit the Zenith.
