Review 11：I booked a bed and breakfast double room.After assessing other hotels around the area and checking out their prices I would recommend you book a cheaper hotel with better guest reviews or better still book an apartment as they're spacious and more presentable looking, and will be at a cheaper price. I definitely would've been better off making my own breakfast or eating breakfast out anyway.There were a number of issues with this hotel as below:- They asked for the money upfront on our arrival, they also charged us more than we were expecting to pay, I tried to explain that booking.com had quoted a different price and even showed the guy how much it was showing in the current currency value but he wasn't interested. He also charged me more than what it said on booking.com for the city tax. It's difficult trying to explain anything to them so I ended up paying anyway, I have the receipt therefore will be complaining to booking.com.- When I was looking for a hotel in Agadir I wanted access to a spa therefore I booked this hotel. After day 1 I trotted down to the spa however discovered that there was a charge to use all facilities including the sauna. I wasn't happy, especially as this wasn't mentioned when booking nor was it mentioned by the reception desk when I arrived and asked about using the sauna.- There was an ant infestation around the sink in our room, I reported this and someone did come up to clean it up, however the ants returned again the following day, again they sent someone to clean it up and spray something to stop them returning. We didn't get any apology for this and no request to change our rooms.- Breakfast was the same for my 7 days there and it wasn't tasty, it would help if they mixed it up a little.- Staff at breakfast would try to sell you excursions and not take no for an answer and basically forced you to meet a rep if you did say no.

Review 12：The room was spacious, generally clean and close to the beach and close to shops and restaurants, The pool and gardens are really beautiful. The room had a fridge which came handy for bottled water and snacks. The room had a free safe to put passports and valuables away. The TV had a channel which played movies all day and night long, they were really good movies too (it was a small TV but I'm not going to complain, the movies were better than those on Sky Movies channels). Mohammed the concierge was really helpful and friendly.

Review 13：We just returned today from Agadir! Had one week vacation in Mogador hotel. I wanna tell special "tahnk you" to everyone who works there! All was perfect! Review 17：My room was quiet with a good sea view. Beautiful pool with little palm tree island, plus separate children's pool. Wonderful restaurant staff. Very nice buffet style meals. The restaurant staff made me and my sister feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble. I have stayed at this hotel a number of times and always look forward to each visit.

Review 36：Nice flower arangements and the hotel itself. Pool, breakfast was pretty nice. Also most of the employees. Especially the breakfast waiters. Location is close to the beach and feels safe to walk around. We had a nice trip with an employee to show us around, but tell directly to NOT go to sales shops (they work on commission). We told him that after the first place and he drove us to the mountains.

Review 37：Loved this hotel.. Very family friendly and views were amazing from our room. Pool was very nice and for those who don't drink alcohol this is a great place to stay with the non alcoholic bar which offers cocktails. Staff were friendly and beach was a 5min walk away!!

Review 54：If you stay at this hotel you will get boogers on walls, spits on balcony doors and room's floor, a lousy customer service, a remotless tv, an out of order air conditioner, and an ongoing hotel renovation so be ready to be waked up by construction workers...... Moreover, i requested a room with an ocean view that has been confirmed, but i got a room on a first floor that overlooks the building undergoing construction. So this was my two thumbs down for this hotel. My wife and i had the worst experience ever and will never get back there. Ps: it seems that the rez coming from BOOKING.COM are not welcome at the hotel, it s a turn off for their staff.

Review 57：Though it's a big chained hotel you don't really feel it, it's cosy, beatifully arranged especially the yard with a swimming pool, few teraces on roofs with great views, great location just on the other side of the street from the beach, the great advantage is the breakfast which is very delicous and generaous (even if you're not getting up very early).

Twin room was changed to double room in less than a minute - no issue. The room was large; clean; and furnished with clear Moroccan charm. The quality and variety at breakfast was excellent. And relaxing around the pool during the day was a real treat - loungers; umbrella; and towels provided. In summary - big quality for small money.

Review 60：Too tucked away behind abondoned buildings, taxi couldnt find hotel and we ended up driving around and it cost us250dirhams instead of 50. Also, its surrounded by bars and night clubs,and behind hotel is a very busy road,so was a bit too noisy for us at night.Bath tub not impressive!

Review 122：Do not buy activities/ trips at the hotel, but just step outside (on the way to the beach), on the right, after a small restaurant there is a place where you can buy trips/ activities which is cheapper and well organized.

Review 123：Absolutely recommended. We spent 4 nights there. View of the sea from the room, which was Big and clean. The pool area was great, lots of plans and flowers, very kind and helpful staff. Worth for the price, almost unbelievable to have all that for such a low price. Some of it's parts should be refreshed, like the shower of our room, which was ruined. But all the rest, breakfast included, was great.

Review 128：Great experience - the hotel has a load of laid-back Moorish charm. The staff were super-helpful, the rooms are big, and there are great views of white domes and blue sea, especially from the pretty pool area. They don't serve alcohol, but the supermarket just over the road does, and it was no problem to sit on my balcony with a glass of wine. Very handy for the beach, restaurants and a little souk to buy gifts in.
