Review 1：The proprietor was very unhelpful and unfriendly. She didn't want to talk. The first room she showed us on the first floor was old and unpleasant, with a tiny balcony. When we asked if there was another room she said it was the same, but when pressed decided to show it to us. It was on the third floor (lots of stairs, no lift) but the room was much more pleasant and had a good size balcony.
