Review 1：The staff was really rude (the owner was also present and active to the conversations), they treated us like we were staying there due to their willingness, not because we paid! Food was not good, let's say eatable, the serving was awful. In the rooms it was an unpleasant smell all the time, probably from bathroom.

Review 3：First when pull up two of 3 pools were drained. Dirty water in drained pool, not very apealing. One pool was filled, water looked green not blue, would not have gone in anyway too cool for May. Went to room, two lights by bed, one did not have a plug on it, had to take bulb out and put in other side where light did not work. Throw rug was fryayed and tourn. Could not next morning get water hot, was suppose to stay two nights but had to cancel second night when we arrived due to car issues. Had to pay up front for room, had problems with visa credit card, told them to call bank and tell them how to run card. Later that night it finally went thru.. Had to pay dinner could not put on room bill. Breakfast was not until 8 AM next morning, could not wait around so we did not eat the breakfast there that was included in price. Do not think they get many pople outside of Romania.

Review 5：I've had breakfast, lunch and dinner there with the 'vouchers' given and I honestly say it's a rip-off: the food was horrible...only pancakes were eatable...Vouchers are just another way to trick you that the price is right, but in the end... it's not. The staff was always unhappy: there were fights in the kitchen with loud shouting - the overall attitude was ridiculous - absolutely embarrassing, zero hospitality.

Review 7：Everything was perfect,the staff was very friendly,great customerservice and very convenient prices.At arrival I have been more thanpleasantly surprised to get breakfast vouchers for all of us(6 peopleincluding a 2 yo child) worth more than 25% from the total amount paidand more than that we had free access to their indoor mineral waterpool. We will return definitely for the summer when the outdoor poolwill be ready.
