Review 1:My room was not really clean. Also, it took me time to find it because it was hidden in an unmarked alcove by the elevator. The face lotion in the room was half full and the sheets smelled. Also, I was there on a Sunday night and the web site said Capriccio would be open for dinner, but it was not and there was no explanation for this. I felt a little like I was on a sinking ship.
Review 2:I like the location, on the boardwalk, beautiful view of the ocean from Breadsticks Cafe. The staff was helpful and nice. Gallaghers' Burger Bar was yummy and fairly inexpensive.
Review 3:House keeping kept leaving this one pretzel on my floor that was there before I arrived cause I didn't have pretzel not one time and it was there until I left

Review 6:Minor issues: Broken door lock latch missing. When entering the room via door number, it was difficult to find the light switch. Elevator buttons do not show "Rooms", and the Key Pass only had a three digit number, I probably didn't hear the check in clerk but felt lost for a second until I mentioned to the clerk where do I go.

Review 13:The pool closed at 6pm and from 5 to 6 is adult swim. I was there with my child only for her to swim and check in was 4pm. She didn't get to use the pool. Also, many areas of the hotel smokes like cigarette smoke. Windows are odd and made a ton od sounds, maintenance helped.
Review 14:I liked the indoor pool, room service and other places to eat, location. Also the room was nice. Needed to have maintenance help with the windows. He was totally nice and helpful. Without his help could have been a bad stay.
Review 15:Room 265 has got to be the worst room in the hotel. Granted, it wasclean, but the view was horrible. Due to the blockage, you couldn'teven see the street, other buildings, or the ocean. No way to orientyourself. I'll never stay in this room again.

I loved how the Gym and spa had air conditionerand water available. Rubys Diner had the best burgers! My bed was sooooosoft! Rendezvous tower is the only place for me!

Review 21:We had a non-smoking room but you could still smell smoke coming into our bathroom for some reason. The cleaning service came to our room around 0930 each morning which was kind of early.
Review 22:We wanted a relaxing weekend away. This hotel is located a little further away from what seemed to be the busy end of the boardwalk and worked perfectly. We also had a great view from our room!
Review 23:the front desk staff was rude. the housekeeping staff were fighting in the hallway outside our room.(screaming back and forth.) very unprofessional! my husband came home with several bites on his neck and scalp from the bed or bedding.

Review 27:Well the girl at check in was not friendly. I had asked for a water view as it was a 37 year anniversary. We did book a King Ocean Tower for more money but when we got upstairs it looked at Taj and over garages. Bad we could not see anything. NO VIEW end of hall room.

Review 57:My husband noticed that on the shelf in the shower there was a bar of soap from someone else still in the shower (assumably from the last people there)and he was a little grossed out by that. Also we had driven so we needed a place to park our car for a few days and it was only $5 to park for the entire stay.
Review 58:Our room was a very good size, (i think we had a double queen suite), very large bathroom, nice and quiet at night which we were a little nervous about being that it's in a casino. Good size fridge in the room and very close to everything.

Review 77:The room, first it was not ready on time, second when I opened the doorit had a bad odor, third no sheer curtains was up at the window, fourththe tub was stopped up (found out when I took a shower) , the water took30 mins. To go down, fifth the safe box was not operating properly, (hadto call locksmith). After they repaired the tub, someone had to come andclean the tub. I had so many people in my room it felt like GrandCentral Station during rush hour. The room was overrated and overpriced. Would not stay or recommend this hotel to anyone.

Review 100:The front desk staff in particular ( Monica) was very helpful in accommodating us on the busy 4th of July weekend. When we first arrived we only booked 1 room for my mom and I then for Saturday 4th of July we added an additional room and the additional room was very nice for the money we spent to be in this hotel! It turned out to be a junior suite and it was well worth it and the view was spectacular. We always stay at resorts when we come to AC. It's become a yearly family tradition since it's right on the boardwalk, opposite the carnival and the restaurants on the premises are top notch. Even if you don't stay at the hotel you must go to Breadsticks café for breakfast. It's like IHOP away from home. Overall love the Resorts!

Review 105:The carpets and bathroom were not very clean. The shower had mildew, which was gross when you're trying to get clean. My kids' feet were black from the dirt on the carpet. The couch had an odor and needed a good vacuum. I lifted up the cushions and the food crumbs were atrocious and plentiful.

Review 117:The first room we stayed in was on the 4th floor and looked and felt prehistoric.we had a blocked bathtub and so We were moved to the 9th floorand the bathtub felt no different. Although the tub was not blocked, thewater was draining excruciating slowly. The front desk staff was verycourteous and tried their best to help me. Unfortunately it's a oldproperty and it's a hard sell. We had a horrible experience with thepool staff. First the pool closes for families at 7pm. None of thehotels we have Stayed in the entire country ( from cape cod toCalifornia ) have ever closed so early . I'm not sure who made thatstupid rule . That's when people are either checking in or comingback from the beach and want to take a quick dip in the pool beforeretiring for the night. On top of that, the guy on duty on Saturdayevening checking in guests to the pool was terribly rude about the wholething. We had a swim float for our daughter and as we did not know thatwe were not allowed to take that into the pool , he was expecting me totake it back from the 3rd floor ( where the pool is) all the way to the9th floor) where our room was) inspite of my assurance that we won'tbe using it. Are you bloody kidding me? These rules were mentionednowhere on the website until we got to the pool entrance . More Thananything the tone and language this guy was using was unacceptable . Hehas no idea how to deal with guests. I wish him a lot of good luck if hedecides to pursue a career in hospitality. He has a very tough roadahead of him. Overall, thanks to resorts for ruining my vacation. $440 anight for this nightmare. Very dissappointing.

Review 125:I loved our room. We got a King Room in the Rendezvous tower and it was absolutely beautiful. The bathroom was spacious with a large shower, a vanity station, and double sink! Just perfect for my boyfriend and I to get ready in peace. The first night we stayed in and just relaxed in bed with room service and the TV. The room is very comfortable! We stayed from Sunday to Tuesday. There was not much night life but that was okay because we were hoping for a relaxing trip. The boardwalk has so much going on! We loved The Bungalow because of the chill atmosphere! We were able to lounge in chairs in the sand and get serviced right there! The Beach Bar was nice as well! They had a dance floor and played great music. The beach, although small, was very nice and relaxing. The waves were calm! The Hotel itself is for families and older crowds. If you are looking for a younger and livelier stay, I would suggest going to another like Tropicana or other hotels not located on the Boardwalk. If you are looking for a great play to stay that is quiet and relaxing and situated at a great spot on the boardwalk!

Review 134:False advertising. Booking marked its rooms having a "view", but we were on the 2nd floor looking at the roof with ventilating equipment and listening to the machine noise day and night. The facility is really old and lack of maintenance. There were even missing window shade, missing towel bar.
