Review 1：Old furniture, old facilities, noise from the street. Smell bad in the room. Needs some renovation. This is not a usual good quality hotel like Best Western used to be.

Review 3：Surly and unhelpful reception/lobby staff. The pool is like a hot tub and too hot to swim in. Fitness facilities and pool don't open until 9, way too late. My room was not very clean, and dirty glasses were not replaced.

Review 4：The restaurant is the one gem in this hotel, and the restaurant staff are friendly. This comment does not apply to the upstairs breakfast during the week, but otherwise the downstairs food and staff are very good.

Review 5：The restaurant is very dark (no daylight inside), the hotel is basically in the middle of the street, so not a nice location but you don't really feel it from inside...

Review 6：Very good bed, nice and cosy room, all the necessary facilities.

Review 7：The furniture and the painting in the room are very used, and it gives you a feeling of unclean. No mosquito protection at the windows. I found the room with windows open, and few mosquito inside. So when is hot, you can not sleep with open window. Breakfast very poor, coffee terrible. At the restaurant I have unwashed salad, full of sand, and beef that was like rubber and certainly the food was reheated. It was not prepared at that time.

Review 8：For me is very important to be silence. Many of the new hotels have thin (fake) walls and you can hear all the noise. Here at BestWestern the Walls are good and it is very silence. Also because there are not too many people Clean room every day. Refrigerator is working all day. I stayed to another Hotel in Baia Mare where the refrigerator starts working only when you put the card inside the room. Nice place to eat outside. I didn't have time to try the pool, but because is open until 23:00 i think this is a good thing.

Review 36：I didn't spend much time at the hotel, but everything that needed to work - worked smoothly. The alarm clock in the room was useful, as I like to have a back up for the alarm on my mobile. When calling for a taxi they would arrive almost immediately - within 2-3 minutes. Good breakfast, polite and helpful staff.
