Review 1：Bathroom sink leaked. Shower did not drain properly

Review 2：Nice apartment to stay at. Location & price was reasonable. Toilet paper, hand soap & towels were provided. Good wifi signal

Review 3：It wasn't that nice. The bed felt like a thin sheet on some springs. I would try to find a different hotel next time.

Review 10：Good value for money, it's location was good, and the efficiency of the Lady Manager's assertive attitude, in ensuring she ran a "tight ship", with staff, and her command of English means, a stay in a similar standard Guesthouse, the difference between : "Very unmemorable", to "Excellent"!

Review 12：Polite and helpful staff, clean, well located within walking distance of the centre. Good parking on site.

Review 13：The wifi was a bit spotty, the water could have been hotter and there is nothing special within walking distance beyond a few small restaurants. The nearest 7-11 is maybe a 5-10 minute walk.

Review 14：The hotel itself is about 5 minutes from the bus station, and in the center of town, the rooms were clean and comfy, the free coffee in the morning was nice and the lobby is nice to sit in.

Review 15：Room needed upgrading. Walls needed new paint and the house keeping did the very MINIMUM! There were actually cobwebs in the BATHROOM and in the main room.(which were never seen to) Behind the toilet was filthy! My last day was an extra day (which was also booked) but the person on duty charged me the regular price not the price I was quoted in the booking. The manager was so nice at the beginning of my stay that I never brought it up to her.

Review 37：That I did not get the room that I paid for.They said the big VIP room is more expensive,but that is what I booked.Then they deducted the stay from my credit card without asking if I want to pay in cash.When I booked here before,all the hotels asked before they billed it to my card.Then I asked if I could eat breakfast there.They said not possible,but a sign was there posted with the breakfast hours.Very confusing.The bathroom was wet all the way up to the mirror,when I checked in.I let the maid dry it and told her that I want my bathroom dry.It functioned without problem after that.Very kind house maid.

Review 38：Quiet after 11.00 PM,because across the street a shop owner left his door open and played loud beat in the late evening until 11.00 PM.In the morning it was very quiet.So at least I could sleep longer.Late check out was possible at 1.00 PM without costs.That was a plus for me.

Review 39：No bedside lights. No hot water for hand basin Men need hot water to shave. Lots of steep steps up to reception. No lift and no porter..

Review 42：Big room, excellent value (although I think that we get a particularly good off-peak rate). Location is decent not to far from the central bus stations and restaurants. A basic breakfast seems to be included but not mentioned in the description, which was a bonus.
