Review 1：Just a comment, not criticism - rates are considerably higher during the week than at the weekend, but that happens also in some other hotels in Žilina.
Review 2：Spa bath in the Single Deluxe room - worth paying more than for a standard room. I liked the fact they put a teapot in the room, there wasn't any when I stayed there last time.
Review 3：Terribly noisy music production in the bar/restaurant located just on the other side of the hotel building wall that did not let you sleep until deep night hours. Never more! Breakfast room located in another building. Car parking poorly reachable.
Review 4：Location close to the main/central square.That means, on the other hand, every single noise/music/action is heard in the hotel, as well.
Review 5：Parking was a nightmare. Rabbit warren of tiny streets, complete with a cop lying in wait on the only wide street in town, which is reserved for taxis, buses and police.

Review 15：I did not see any air conditioning which can be an issue during the hot months. Room was a little small and the bed could be bigger (deluxe room).
Review 16：The location is perfect especially if you are for a short stay and you want to explore the downtown area. The staff is very friendly and professional. The room was very clean and tidy and bathroom was with a nice bath tube (deluxe single room). Breakfast is also very good.
Review 17：The breakfast room was hard to find as it was in the basement part of the building. The shower worked ok in normal mode from above but the side spray section was broken.
Review 18：The hotel is very close to the main square in the city centre and about 10 minutes walk from the railway station. The staff were friendly and the room comfortable. Also there was a good buffet breakfast included.
Review 19：Approach of the staff, dealing with the needs of the customers, organization of breakfast, lack of interest in customers. The first impression was terrible: reception full of smoke from the restaurant next to it. We came to celebrate the New Year`s eve in this hotel with paid breakfast, but the day before we were told, that receptionist doesn't know if we are going to get one on the 1st of January (or we will get "packed" breakfast). When we asked if it is possible to cancel it and get a refund, she wasn't sure but told us yes. By the end we paid full price.

Review 21：The toilet was not working when we've arrived. Fortunately we could ask the cleaning staff working on the neighbouring room who repaired it within a few minutes. When we've asked the receptionist about the wellness part, they told it costs €3 / person / hour. Later we've noticed a brochure in the room and on the reception - written only in Slovakian - advertising the same service for €1 / person / hour. When we've asked for this at the reception the answer was: this is an old brochure, and the price has increased since then.
Review 22：The hotel is right by the main square. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was really good, and the small wellness part was amazing with very friendly staff.
Review 23：Although we may have been the only guests, our room was along 3 corridors and into another section above a stairwell. We felt like "displaced persons". After we had checked in, the receptionist misplaced her pen so when we next walked past asked if we had it!!! The room had a 2 page instruction sheet of house rules - [including things like] "Guests must not ..... use their own electrical appliances, wash other than their upper trunk in the wash basin" etc Only had a fancy spa bath [no shower] and there was a sign saying the equipment was broken!

Review 63：All rooms are smoking only! I've asked to change the room to non-smoking, because I felt strong smoking smell, but staf told me, that all rooms are same. I've had also ashtray on my room! All my clothes and sleeping dress was like cigarette when I returned to home. If I opened window during the night to get fresh air in my room, I've got a lot of new smoke from somewhere,. I really can't sleep this night. Bathroom has very old facilities.

Review 72：According to booking.com's site there were 10 rooms free when Icame, but I was given a room under the roof: 10hrs sun a day, +30degrees hot inside. Ok there was a fan, but no curtains to shieldmorning sun; no view from the roof window; two lamps broken. The showerwas 20 years old. A very rudimentary breakfast, only one kind of cheese,cheapest kind of juice and jam. The bread was full of mold(!!) Thereceptionist was kind of annoyed when I told her my complaints.Definitely not "Grand".
