Review 1：We arrived on a hot day late in the afternoon to find that the room was unbearably hot, curtains open allowing the heat in, air con off, and balcony door open to let the hot breeze in. The air conditioner was not able to make the room bearable for sleeping.

Review 2：Paying a high cost ($300+) for an overnight stay one would expect a superior standard. Regretably the bathroom had mould, the dishwasher filter was full of dirt, and all the table placemats were filthy.

Review 4：Bedrooms need ceiling fans as the air conditioner in the lounge room does not flow into the bedrooms and you would normally have the door shut. Even though it was not a hot night the bedrooms were stuffy and no air flow. Curtains in the lounge room were off the rails which looked untidy. Bigger and softer bath towels please. This would give more of a luxury feel.

Review 14：Beds very soft, towels had stains on them, cooking utensils need updating, especially the pans. Price per night was high compared to value for money and overall comfort that you can receive in Melbourne.

Review 17：Plunger coffee was a welcome treat. Room was excellent. Staff including Michael were very friendly and greatly assisted with my windscreen replacement. Nothing was too much for them, brilliant customer service.

Review 18：Bathroom,therefore room, smelt of mildew. Bedrooms were hot when doors were closed for privacy. Corridors were also stuffy.

Review 20：The issue with the "free" internet service. Be warned that the system that they use proved to be very confusing and each time we went onto the laptop you had to sign in again, only to discover that the office had charged us for each visit to the internet. Sort it out!!

Review 25：We just stayed overnight, and found the property to be of a great standard .It is the only place to stay in Shepparton,we have stayed in other motels and they don't compare to Quest Shepparton .

Review 26：Walls are thin, alarm clock going off in adjoining room very early in the morning. Family in room next door noisily chatting on the balcony at 6.30 am like they were the only people there.

Review 28：The shower screen wasn't clean at all. You have to bend to get rid of that scum. It shouldn't be seen in a hotel like this. I was disappointed. The bloody cockatoos on the roof woke us at 5 on a Sunday with their nose and destruction of the roof (north east side).

Review 29：I liked the two interconnecting rooms (2 br apartment), meant we could keep an eye on our small kids. The amenities were all nice and new. Bed was comfy enough.

Review 80：Our request for an early check in was arranged by very friendly staff and the check-in/check-out gentleman was also very courteous and friendly. The room was a good size and very clean. We were with other family members for a wedding and were all accommodated on the same floor with our rooms all close together which was appreciated.

Review 108：The studio apartment had a smell to it that was not very pleasant (a bitlike body odour). We left the window open for the majority of the daywhile we were out at a wedding however, upon returning, the smell hadnot subsided which was unfortunate
