Review 1：it seems to be quite common for breakfast to be cold sitting in baine maria can be a worry sometimes.

Review 3：The cleaning staff decided that it was a good idea to chat loudly to one another in a large echoing corridor outside peoples rooms at 5am and this conversation lasted over an hour. Breakfast was a farce .. there was nothing of interest to a foreigner. There were two toasters (the very cheapest ones you could buy at Tesco Lotus) and were not suitable for hotel use ... after 5 minutes the toast would still not get any colour mind you the bread was the cheapest poor quality bread. Having got a pale brown colour to my bread there were no knives to spread my butter ? I asked a waitress for a knife she eventually found one and instead of bringing it to me at my table she put it with the forks on the buffet table and this was quickly picked up by someone else before I could get up who was in the same predicament as me. I asked the same waitress again and she said they were being washed ... Yes my toast was well cold by now. The coffee was undrinkable etc etc

Review 4：Reasonable location on the edge of town. Very clean comfortable & large modern room with nice bed and bathroom. Good Wi-Fi and excellent reception staff but the other staff were mainly useless (see negative) . Up until breakfast time on the day of departure I would have given this 10/10 but after breakfast 5/10 but still good value for money.
