Review 1：stairs and stairs, no lift, to get to room with all stuff was a nightmare, every going out must be planned with details so nothing was forgotten to get up again. terrible especially with smal kid (we could carry either a stuff or a kid, all had to go few times up and down to get all for go out). next time im looking for hotel with a lift !

Review 5：The hotel is not in a good location. Very noisy at night through the passing trains. The hotel has no elevator and the stairs are wooden, beautiful and historic, but very steep! With luggage in hand uncomfortable. The restaurant was already closed at 9 PM.

Review 8：Bathroom is very big and whole apartment is quite well equipped considering hotel is placed at Zilina. So far best room at Slovakia I have seen so far.
Review 9：New receptionist - the girl speaks English just a little. I asked for iron to be brought to my room, didn't receive it. She didn't understand. Single rooms are very small.
