Review 1：Not recommended for business travel if you need comfort and sleep. Horrible beds, pillows are like bags of cotton balls... worst sleep I've had in my 14 years of business travel. It was $325 a night, and was a total rip off compared to other budget hotels I've been at. No gym, no frills. Never again!

Review 2：Good location if you are working in Mountain View. Rooms are very clean.

Review 3：In our suite, Room 105, the bedroom could have used a work table and chair so I could set up my laptop; there was plenty of room for such. Lavatory counter looked nice, but no towel racks or hooks to separate the towels for 4 people. For a suite, a separate bathroom entrance from the bedroom and from the living area would have been nice. As it was, family members had to knock on bedroom door to ask permission to use toilet. Windows did not open, so no opportunity to get fresh air from outside. Even if they opened just a little bit, a slit, that would be a good touch for many people. We did not have full breakfast offering, no eggs, no sausage, no biscuits and gravy, no waffles. Staff told us because we were there on weekend (Friday evening, Sat morning), but web site did not disclose that, nor did staff inform us that not full breakfast, when we checked in on Friday.

Review 4：Room was clean, bed was comfortable, TV was good, we-fi reception flawless, having many outlets and adaptors for charging was great, jacuzzi tub was interesting though not used because we did not spend enough time in room, shampoo-lotion selection was nice.

Review 5：First encounter with front desk lady was a delight. Personable and caring. Room was large and fresh smelling. Breakfast was good and dinning area clean and enough room.

Review 8：The sound system to the TV (room 204) seem to operate on its own. The morning of our departure we were planning on sleeping in. There was construction on the room next door that began around 7:30 or 8am and was so loud we could not sleep.

Review 9：Proximity, easy to find. Breakfast was more diverse than most and cookies and fruit were available each afternoon/evening.

Review 10：The only thing I wasn't too happy about was that the jacuzzi in the bathroom didn't work. It would have been nice to sit in that after a long drive.

Review 15：I was visiting family. The hotel is very convenient , and the price is reasonable, especially compared to some of the nearby accommodations. The hotel is clean, staff friendly, and the free breakfast is handy.

Review 22：It's hard to sleep with so much light and noise, the TV has a bright logo on it which lights up the room, the small fridge makes constant noise, and I turned off the air conditioner because it would wake me up whenever it decided the room was too hot/cold. Also, there's a construction site next door with loud beeping and machinery at 7am every morning. The building seems to have zero sound proofing.

Review 24：We were comfortable, convenient for ourneeds, and had no major problems. I can't say it was the greatest , but it was ok. With the beautiful weather, we were sorrry not to be able to sit outdoors, there was no place to do that,and it was simply a place to spend thenight. Breakfast was the usual uninteresting "chain" food,but clean and ample. If I had to choose a place to stay again, I would look for something near the town center, and with a nicer setting.

Review 25：The staff was friendly and accommodating. Upgraded us to a suite just because it was available. Room was big, clean and nicely appointed. Bed and pillows were very comfy. Hotel has been recently updated and looks great. Glad to have found this place and will definitely stay here again.

Includes complementary breakfast: the quality is not superb, but it stil is a great plus when having to quickly eat something on a rush or you are on a tight budget and want to save some money.
