Review 1：We arrived on a very hot day. unfortunately, the air conditioner in our room was switched off - on our arrival, the temperature of the room was 33 C. During the night the air conditioner managed to cool the room only to 29 C - the night was unbearable! The frigde in our room didn't work. The staff barely spoke any English and was completely unhelpful. Althought the hotel was completely empty, our request to change the room due to malfunctions of air conditioning and fridge was denied.
Review 2：While you might not love its style, the hotel is lavishly designed with large rooms and bathrooms, has good equipment with amenities that are not provided by cheaper hotels (like slippers) and offers decent breakfasts.
Review 3：The website says there is a gym, one of the reasons we booked, but this was not correct! The room was very hot.
Review 4：The hotel staff were really nice and even packed us a breakfast to go. They were very helpful to arrange wakeup calls and a taxi at 3.30am!The room was quite large and the bathroom good, and we had a large window and balcony. Great mini marts etch just opposite which was really practical.

Review 15：The staff is really friendly, they make you feel like home. We stayed at the hotel four times and each and every time we enjoyed ourselves. It is very close to the city center, but it is located in a residential area so it is very quiet at night. The food is excellent, the bathrooms are big just like the rooms.
Review 16：-didn't get a receipt after paying 400 euros immediately and only after realizing this in my room, went back downstairs for it - the location is very inconvenient - the restaurant staff can be grumpy

Review 18：The room was very stuffy and it was necessary to use the a/c, which unfortunately was very noisy. I also had to unplug the fridge, whose noise was disturbing when trying to sleep. The hotel is listed as 4-stars, but it's current condition doesn't justify this, it is in need of renovation to make it more worthy of this rating. At the moment there are many better hotels at the same or better prices.

Review 21：Very friendly people at the reception , we even had a personalised welcome note in our room and fresh fruit when we arrived. We turned up one day early and they were very helpful accommodating us. The room was spacious and nice. Large bed.
