Review 1：Water temp in the shower fluctuated between freezing and scalding. Staff could have been more helpful with directions on how to get places but 2gis came to the rescue

Location is good - 5 mins from the River Station (Rechnoy Vokzal) which is must see in Yaroslavl' Staff is friendly and the other nice thing is that they did not request a bank card guarantee for booking.

Review 17：An excellent hotel in downtown Yaroslavl fairly close to all major UNESCO sightseeings. The hotel seems to be either new or has recently gone through a major renovation. All areas are nice, modern and clean. Staff was extremely friendly and willing to help at all time.
