Review 1：Location, Access (several flights of steps to go through with luggage,outside and inside), Bathroom size, Poor wi-fi connection, Very bad breakfast

Review 3：The way to the hotel is impossible. The noise from the pool on weekend is impossible. We never visited an hotel with no food facilities on Sunday. The room decor and the red lights reminds an institute of another kind.

Review 5：Difficult to find the hotel. Guys put signs! No signs for the entry of the hotel even. The pool is open from 9,30 to 18,00 which in summer could be earlier in the morning and later in the evening. No lobby service (just coffee and some drinks, served by the receptionnist.) Service just fine for the price.

Review 6：Excellent location. Large and confortable beds. Solide walls well isolated. Room cosy and clean. Nice view from the rooms and from the restaurant. Restaurant is good and prices reasonable. Quite area outside and at the same time inside the city. Very nice summer garden unfotunatly without lobby service.

Review 7：The pool was crowded with people from the town and closes around 18.00 - too early for July and August when the sun is still good enough. External visitors pay only 5 lv and even in the working days there are lots of people in the pool. Wifi was slow in the room and in the last 2 days I was not able to connect at all - nobody knew how to solve that issue.

Review 11：At the third floor, on the corridors, there was a strong smell of mold and on the walls there were signs of mold and water infiltrations. The rooms were ok, but a faint smell of mold was still present. I think it came from the corridors

Review 15：1. Not many guest in the hotel '' is been good that local people was coming to use the pool, in other case i think i should be alone by the pool. 2. Not in central of town but not actually far from it too . (15-20 minutes max. walking) .

Rooms are cute, clean and good standard of facilities. 3.Nice area around the pool with nice view the park and the town. 4.Price of food and drinks is good . 5. For summer time holidays i think it is a good place, for other times of the year i don't know !! yet.

Review 17：No dedicated parking (parking was on the street and it was very difficult to find place to stop). swimming pool was full with people, which ware not guests of the hotel.

Review 19：Hotel is up on the hill. You will need to drive downtown or taxi. The room has a view on the town, looks very nice. Restaurant is also nice.

Review 20：in my booking i order 2 rooms but in hotel was only one room reserved . it's take 15 minute to arrange the problem.

Review 21：Kazanluk is just a part from thracian antic complex. Also visit the near by atraction: "The door of the goddess"-megalits temple from Buzovgrad,Stara Zagora regional museum and specially the city of Plovdiv...just 100 km away with a world class atractions: Nebet Tebe - a fortress from Troya times maybe even older..well preserved and the ancient theatre...very good preserved

Review 22：This hotel have a large outdoor pool, big rooms with a confortable bed. I recomand to eat at balgaran a vis a vis etnic restaurant with a magnificent food, music and dance programs. Also to go to Koprinka lake to eat fresh fish and to visit Starosel to see an impresive thracian temple and from the road o starosel you can see a lot of rose fields.

Review 23：Dark foyer, staff seemed preoccupied, and the breakfast area had a large tv which was blaringly loud.
