Review 1：The staff who served breckfast closed earlier than the hour announced for the breckfast, 10.00! After that they were nervous that we told them this obvous thing.

Review 3：We booked this hotel because its website advertises a spa and massageservices, so we felt misled and terribly disappointed to arrive and findout that the entire spa is closed for renovation. This should have beenspecified on the website! The bed was simply terrible--you could feelevery spring in the mattress. The towels were like sandpaper. Thecurtains were translucent, not opaque, and let in 80% of the light. Thetv was an old, box of a unit (pre-LED) and some of the channels werevery snowy.

Review 4：- Air conditioning kept me awake during the night - Smoking in the lobby - Smoking in the hotel restaurant during breakfat - Breakfast very poor - A lot of noise durring the night.

Review 5：really difficult to find something to like in this hotel. It looks ok on the outside but it is a real dump. And also judging by the grades give I can only assume that some of them are fake.
