Review 1：Slow check in. After a long drive the last thing you want is to stand at the check in desk for more than a few minutes, especially after the room has been pre booked by Booking.com.

Review 22：I was annoyed when I checked in to discover that the hotel had billed my credit card already (I've never known this to happen before in any hotel that I've stayed at previously) when I wished to pay by cash. The Reception Staff refused to acknowledge the seriousness of what they had done which I found quite galling. We had gone to the hotel to celebrate my wife's Birthday but the scratch on our car that was suffered in the Hotel's car park (parked inside the inner perimeter not the outer car park) spoilt the day really and the whole stay left an unappealing aftertaste too.

Review 37：In the evening/at night there were many, many prostitutes around, waiting for the business men in the hall. It seems totally accepted by the hotel that they were hanging around in the hall and go to the rooms with the clients. It felt like being in a brothel rather than at a hotel. Therefor I would not recommend the hotel at all, nor stay again ever. Be aware of the supplement taxi drivers try to charge for any trip to and from the hotel. The employees should not agree to that (as they do) and you should only pay the price by taximeter. The hotel is not in the center but also not out of town to justify that extra charge.

Review 39：Management front desk that we stand at front desk waiting long time for check in, that time have only we are 1room check in. Very wonder we stay only 1 night the day we check out housekeeping check minibar and said we need to pay for 1cogolate, I hurry to go and I told them we did not touch anything in minibar my son n my girl are 15 year old. I paid n no need to expain just let reception to know we are sure never touch and I can see the housekeeping or the system there not safe will never think have people like this work in 4stars hotel..next time my stay need to careful about this story we dont want it happened again.

I mean the way the speak , and the management skill that they should provide for their guests, particularly when they have group visit along with the individual visit, at least they should know ho w to deal.
