Review 1：My room was not cleaned on one of the three nights as they apparently 'forgot' I am happy to assume this is very much a one-off. Bins in rooms not emptied either.
Review 2：The staff could not have done more to help with any queries and requests, they were friendly and welcoming too. The hotel is in an excellent location and is modern and well kept. Breakfast is the highlight of this hotel, although self-service, for the price of the room, it is an excellent array of food on offer. Superb value for money.

Review 8：The room is decorated in such a cute & delicate way. The staff was so friendly and helped us find out train and bus schedules. The breakfast was rich and tasty. The location was superb - in central city but still quiet!
Review 9：We couldn't figure out how the jaquzzy works and it was some leakege from under the bathroom sink. No lift make it a bit tough for guests with heavy luggage.

Review 11：Well, it is the price of being in the down town: in hot summer nights you should be prepared for some typical city noises like cars, motorcycles and the young people going home after midnight. But we will choose this hotel at any time again.
Review 12：Very, very nice small hotel in the middle of the downtown and next to the the wonderful Volga River Boardwalk. Very bright and elegant furnished rooms. A lot of international TV channels in HD. Finally we found a hotel in Russia with a real good coffee (espresso). Very kind and helpful personal. It was worth every penny!

Review 33：Mattress of the bed is very soft. I suggest the staff also to replace the shampoo supplier for the bathroom. Quality shampoo sachet is low. Besides packages of shampoo and gel absolutely not cut. You can't use them without scissors or ...teeth. Mosquitoes even in the centre of Yaroslavl may prevent you from sleeping. The breakfast is symbolic.

Situated in the center of Old-Town, lots of attraction places in 5-minutes walk from the hotel, a lot of places to have a meal. The best choice in Yaroslavl and definitely cheap price.
