Review 1：the staff didn't explain properly how to use the card for opening the room...twice we had to remind the staff that our heating was off and that we were cold, otherwise it was warm ...we somehow understood we had breakfast included in the price which was not (???)...for such a big TV screen there were only 4 channels :(
Review 2：we liked the room, the staff, the balcony, the bathroom, the elevator, the dining-room, the X-mas decorations, the wardrobes, the pictures on the walls, the bed...coffe was good
Review 3：The room was not clean everyday, a lot of dust on furniture, no being able to use the phone or computer and only one person spoke English , towels were not replace, you had to ask for it.

Review 5：the neighborhood is a little dark. The hotel has reserved parking spaces, but it's not intuitive to find them (behind the hotel entrance). Wifi reception was very poor in the room (3rd floor).
