Review 1：The fact that when I have to pay with my credit card is not always easy. The machine does not work and fortunately the payment could be achieved by phone.

Review 3：Having to walk to the health centre. I didn't notice anything in the literature before booking the hotel that the health/ fitness centre is not located at the hotel itself.

Review 4：I am a Hilton honnors gold member and was disappointed about to go to other hotel. However, this hotel is perfect in everything. Best location, nice customer service, the food is amazing specially the langoustine and mango salad. I highly recommend to anybody with a high expectations to stay at this hotel.

Review 16：While I booked the room for 1 adult, the staff was too intrusive when I brought friends or guests to my room. Gym was only 1 treadmill, one cross-trainer, and light weights. Pool was clean but very murky/cloudy.

Review 17：Rooms were beautiful and very clean. Maid service was twice a day so room always looked great. Since I did not speak Spanish, the receptionist was very helpful with translating my needs (from talking to taxi drivers to ordering delivery food for me). Any and all requests made were resolved promptly.
