Review 1：Hotube was not working so felt cheated in valué for Money, shoulded have offer ed us some discount with out us asking, bit embarrases to ask but would feel good if some compensación had been offered

Review 3：The pool was too dirty to swim in, staff were rude and did not help with taxis and overcharged us for fire wood. The shower in our cabin didn't work, no apology. Wifi is only in the reception area.
