Review 1：Hotel is a bit dated.Not great for familiwa with babies - cot provided very poor and no high chairs in dining room.

Review 3：Food very very bad, glass of warm water 35 baht toughest Steak I've ever had with over 50% fat. Would never eat in this hotel again but would stay there next visit.

Review 5：Restaurants were a bit of a hike away, although there is a nice local "pub" with good cheap food beside the 7eleven. Staff doesn't speak very good English, and I almost missed my shuttle to the marathon because of miscommunication. Wifi is basically non-existent during peak hours.

Review 7：Room safe was a small built in box with no lock. Had to contact reception to arrange a lock and key. Given the small cost of digital safes nowadays could be an area to investigate on next refurbishment. Still no problem. Small amount of confusion in the multi story carpark and no real dedicated hotel parking

Review 9：Breakfast at max. average, not so good with regard to warm food selection (left overs from previous night). They have however a fruit selection and omelet option, so that's the good news. Really missing is a proper SAFETY BOX in the room, that is unaaceptable. Considered these points they are overpriced.

Review 45：After staying at the Pullman Raja Orchid around the corner for three nights prior to the Charoenthani, it was always going to be a hard act to follow. There was less than 10 dollars per night difference in price but there is no comparison. Pullman 5 stars, Charoenthani 3 stars is a fair appraisal.

Common areas incl breakfast area don't look like they haveseen a lick of paint for 20 years. Pool water is green. Only one roomkey available - asked for a second one but was refused, creatingconsiderable inconvenience. Needed an iron for 5 minutes to remove onecrease from a shirt - they don't have one for guests, only a laundryservice ! Not up to 4 star standard. While our room had a flat screentv, noticed that other rooms on the same floor had big old tube TVs.Somewhat over-priced compared to the competition.

Review 54：Faded big old provincial hotel where the rooms at least have had adecent makeover and are a good size. But don't look too closely (egbathroom). Free wifi, although slow (note booking.com saysTHB100/day which is wrong). Good room service food. Coffee / teain room. Good location. Free parking.

They have a baby grand piano there but it was covered and no entertainment area to relax around lobby as many people enjoy to do..
