Reviews for Hotel Pamporovo
Review 1:I had to wait for other clients to finish their Breakfast to have mine. In three days only once housekeeping service even ı put sign for requesting. For bowling three days I had no chance to play bowling because of not working line. I had to ask for invoice two times to get it when was checking out.
Review 2:Temperature in the room is not controlable. Wardrobe in the room is too small for a winter hotel. Swiming pool closed earlier than officially announced. Consumables are cheap. Area around the hotel is not cleaned. Many other details are not OK also. Sauna is too small.
Review 3:Water in the swimming pool was with good temperature. Staff is attentive and reacts to requests.
Review 4:This hotel was beyond miserable. Room furnitures are very old and used. Bathroom was rusty and unmaintained. The baby crib was without a mattress. The hotel did not have a water boiler to heat water for our kid. Would not give this hotel more than 3* and would definitely not stay there in the future.
Review 5:Nice mountain view. Kitchen was ok.
Review 6:No free wifi at rooms unless you pay..staff unfriendly especially the blond woman in reception.with the man in reception said things about us in Bulgarian as they thought we could'nt understand!!!
Review 7:clean an very spacy rooms
Review 8:The bads are too old and unconfortable and also there isnt any option for a double bad in any rooms, you have to use two separete single bad. Wi-fi, it is not working. Stuff were very unpolite and they never help for something.
Review 9:Breakfast was great, location is OK, there is free shuttle bus to the lifts. Price was very OK.
Review 10:- Poor cleanliness - mould in the bathrooms (joints and curtain), dirty bathtub; smell of stale in the room; fabrics feel like old and unclean; - Pseudo-Victorian interior - kitschy, messy, cheaply built and worn out (broken furniture, old fabrics) - both in rooms and the common areas; dark and depressing (see the attached pics); - Too small restaurant, unable to fit all the guests at breakfast; people are asked to make a line and wait before the restaurant; - Very limited breakfast, made of low-quality products; - Slothful and grumpy staff at the reception and in the restaurant; - Free parking is offered, but the parking spaces are very limited; the guests are forced to park along the street (therefore my car was cluttered up of snow from the passing snowploughs); - Poor-quality TV-signal (see the attached pics) on the smallest TV-set I've ever seen; - During my stay there was repeated power supply failure... I presume such hotel (pretending to be 5-star) should be equipped with diesel-generator; - Due to the warm weather and the melting snow, large puddle of water was formed before the front door - it was impossible to enter without getting wet; nobody drained it during my stay (three days).
Review 11:+ Variety of facilities - SPA area, several bars and a restaurant; + Relatively fair priced.
Review 12:No wifi in room unless you pay ,also sat TV only news in English poor TV and picture quality poor, bathroom and furniture in room poor ,even in Irish bar no sports TV
Review 13:Hotel restaurants good and furnishings of good quality
Review 14:A real 5 star experience. The hotel is unique. The location is great, within a walking distance from the center and the resort entertainments. At the same time with a regular and fast shuttle service to the ski lifts. We had a brilliant 5 star touch. Special thanks to the reception guy, who I think was from Burgas. He never missed a chance to make sure that our holiday was the desired one. Thank you.
Review 15:Bad Breakfast, Extra Money for Jakuzzi, Turkish Bath and Sauna. For everyone 10 Lev in Total 30 lev! No umbrella to borrow.
Review 16:The hotel staff was really friendly and professional. Clean rooms and adorable window view. I will come back here for sure!

Review 18:Location.
Review 19:noisy elevator
Review 20:Five stars hotel-Paid for WiFi - then used a mobile 3G in reason of better&proper connection.
Review 21:Good food.
Review 22:- no value for the price charged! - worn off and needs refurbishment - ridiculous interior decoration - the staff lacks any sense of professionalism - barely deserves 3 stars - everything is made of the cheapest material possible (overhearing even how next door guests breathe and use the restroom)
Review 23:- the lobby space with the fireplace is ok - it was warm
Review 24:The rooms are definitely dirty, poor is the quality of bath towel (with no bathrobe) and very old are the bed sheets.
Review 25:The hotel shows the luxurious furniture of a 5 stars hotel, having very affordable prices. The breakfast is great too, but overall the services are lower than the expectations.
