Review 1：The $3 dollar "blue planet" water bottle coming from a "local sustainable" source to be a cheap way to justify charging more for something that should be part of a nice welcome gesture...

Review 2：Breakfast room was tiny; breakfast pretty basic.

Review 3：Stayed in the area for one night to attend a concert at Shoreline Ampitheatre which is several miles away.Coffee making facilities in room were great as were the self-help refreshments in the Lobby.

Review 17：The air condition worked fine, but it was a wall unit so a bit noisy, but I was quickly able to tune it out. Not a problem.

Review 18：The staff are wonderful -- so helpful and genuinely nice to their guests. The room was very clean and updated -- the colors are a bit dark, but everything was comfortable. There are cute touches of things to do -- rubics cube, innovative little games. There is a small frig, the free wifi worked well. The fitness center was small, but each time I used it, there was no one else there, so it was fine. The pool and spa areas are lovely. Breakfast was plentiful, a bit boring after four mornings, but the food was fine - better than a lot of hotels that give you toast and cereal. Although my room faced the El Camino Real, I did not hear any traffic noise when the window was shut. Overall, I thought the hotel was a great value for the area, which tends to be very pricey.

Review 19：Entire hotel seems very dark and there isn't much lobby space to sit. Breakfast room floor was very sticky, which made breakfast somewhat unappealing though food was fine. Guess I was expecting something more upscale like the Dream Inn in Santa Cruz.

It has it's own rather vintage style which I found interesting although some might say that it should use face lifting. Breakfast was really excellent and this would be my reason for coming back to this hotel.

Review 78：Our room has a connecting door to the adjacent room, unfortunately the 'guest' in this room snored like a wild warthog for most of the night! This obviously wasn't the hotels fault directly, but the fact the volume of the snoring was like being in the same room spoilt an otherwise problem free stay. There was some traffic noise from the road that runs past the front of the hotel.

There was a small fitness room just along the corridor from our room and there was a small pool on the premises although at the time of our visit it was being used for a private function so we didn't get chance to use it.

Review 88：Everything, staff was rude, first room was filthy hair in the bath tub and around the sink, stains on comforter and floor wasnf vacuumed. Moved to a new room cleaner but not as nice as expected. Breakfast items werent fresh nor stocked andwe ate at 8am, called front desk multiple times from 1am on about noisy people partying in the room above us and it didnt appear they did anything about our complaint.
