Review 1:We liked how friendly the staff were, really made us feel welcome. The breakfast was fantastic value for money and we really enjoyed the wine at happy hour :-) The view over the Atlantic from our room was gorgeous.
Review 2:The noise level from some of the hotel guests were not monitered which was a disturbance to us; plus we were put in a room where the heat wasn't working; and we had to change our room twice due to the reasons noted above; also, this was the first resort we have ever been to that didn't offer free wi-fi to the hotel guests; waiters in the restaurant need to pay a little more attention to the customers instead of someone having to call across the room for them to come.

Review 21:The bed was uncomfortable, and the sheets were a bit scratchy. The property is a bit worn. A crazy woman was screaming and cursing at everyone when we arrived...thankfully, that was the most excitement we had all weekend.
Review 22:For the price, it was decent. I stayed at this hotel in 2001, and I think it was better then, although the neighborhood is far better now. It was quiet, which was nice. The parking cost was quite reasonable, and it was refunded to me because I completed a survey.

Review 26:Ive been lodging with the Flagship Resort since 2006. I enjoy the area where the FantaSea Flagship Resort is located.Front desk service is friendly and welcoming. The lobby is comforting. The staFF are pleasant. The rooms are EXCELLENT. Fully equipped with all your needs. What I enjoy most about the Flagship is their swimming pool, hot tub and Jacuzzis. I like the ideas that you have a choice for indoor or outdoor watery activity. My children love the game room. We all enjoyed the food in the Ozone Layer,mostly the breakfast buffet. I could keep going. Our terrace view was EXCELLENT. Shuttle service was kind and informative. 5 Stars for room service. Overall,EXCELLENT STAY.
Review 27:since there were no late check outs for anyone waiting for the elevator for over 45 minutes was awful Elevators cramped with people and luggage you couldn't get on.They should have granted the late check outs so people could leave peacefully not aggravated. Our kitchen didnt have hot water. The seagals have taken over the boardwalk They steal your food.

Review 29:My air conditioning wasn't working properly. They are also doing construction and my room was right next to the garage. My goal for being there was to relax on the deck and read a book but the construction was like getting a jackhammer in your head all day! Probably shouldn't be renting the rooms right next to the construction.

Review 34:I stayed here in the Deluxe Studio Suite with my 8yr old daughter, nephew, and my sister for my daughter's birthday. Everything about the stay, facility, amenities, and staff members were wonderful. Totally family friendly, clean, and offered a lot for an affordable price. However there is a free Shuttle that can drop you off at the stores/casinos at certain times. I really look forward to staying here again soon!

Modern furnishings clean and the best views in AC. loved it so much the next morning me and my wife did the free timeshare tour (which they gave us $50 off our stay for and 2 night stay at anyone of there many locations........ Poconos here we come.) and are proud new owners of one of there units.

Review 44:me and my fiance drove from long island (3hrs) we couldn't wait to get in the room when we get there the guy tells me he can't take my deposit on a debit card and my Fiance was parking the car all the way on the other side because ofcourse the garage was full 20minutes later hr comes and then the guy tells us the smoking level is full which is where we booked our room purposely but he did upgrade the due to the inconvenience!!!
Review 45:There was no parking, the staff at the front desk was unprofessional and express they do not care with their tone of voice and answers. The website information is not all correct as far as what you get when you are at their hotel. The restaurant/breakfast experience was horrible, the wait, the waiter, etc. If I could go to another hotel I would have no matter the cost. Even though management called and I told her what my concerns were she just said ok and enjoy your stay! All I can say is wow.

Review 50:I like this resort because its kid friendly. They have a movie theater, arcade room and the pool. The room was large, clean and comfortablem. I have stayed here before under an owners TS. The room they offer the owners was not as nice. I would rather pay the full rate as a guest to get a nice room. I also like the upgrade they made to the elevator system. You use to have to wait forever for an elevator.

Review 52:How close the hotel was to all the casinos and how far it was from all the commotion. Pretty much a perfect location. The kitchen in the room really did it for us. Next time were gonna bring food to cook so we could save money. Also there was so much space in the room. We could of fit 8 people comfortably. Also the elevator had a pad lock to use it. So if you didnt want people coming up to your room they couldnt even get past the elevator unless they knew what floor you were on. Great view as well and very close to the beach. Definitely staying here over the summer.

Review 55:No parking, there renovating. The garage tight not much space. Another car nearly hit my car due to the tight space. They harass you to get a timeshare with there grungy looking hotel. They take $100 deposit when you check in and won't release the hold for 15 days. They state it's the bank but I've called the bank everyday and it's not the bank. There process is delayed. Other hotels don't need to do this. Their very ghetto no class. Their own staff talk bad about the hotel so that says a lot.

Review 63:Walked into an outdated room that looked like something out of Miami Vice. There were peanuts laying all over the bathroom floor. I have a severe nut allergy. The cover on the box spring was stained and there was some kind of substance on the kitchen counter. Went to pick up the phone to call the front desk and there was dirt and grime. I hung it up because I didnt want to touch it. In this current time with bed bugs, Ebola, and other communicable diseases, I need to have confidence that my room is clean. Went to the front desk and asked for a refund. I was suspicious that it was not only my room that had not been cleaned properly and with a severe nut allergy I didnt want to chance it. Well, the housekeeping supervisor played the old "we didnt see anything" game when they went upstairs to check my room. I know I was stupid not to take a picture of the peanuts and filth, but again, that shows you what kind of shoddy establishment I was dealing with. The front desk supervisor refused to give me a refund and then attempted to not give me the name of the housekeeping supervisor so I could file a proper complaint. I don't know what kind of game they're playing over there but I WOULD NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.
Review 64:I did not like how a staff member tried to sale me a time share membership in the middle of the lobby, and continued to ask me personal question even after I told her my husband and I would like to discuss it.

Review 72:We didn't like that the elevator takes so long during check-in and check-out hours. One woman waited 45 minutes for an elevator. So we ended up taking 12 flights of stairs, so we wouldn't be late for dinner.

Review 74:The local neighborhood/area seemed rough. Did not feel extremely safe outside of building. Having to pay for WIFI and garage parking was unacceptable. These things should be included free for all guests. Prices in general were high. I did not know these were "time share" units. I thought it was a hotel. For being off season, the elevators seemed slow. Also, how they operated was different than normal elevators. Free shuttle service to local casinos did not run frequently enough. Nor did they run all night.

Then was told we had to check in to receive our parking pass. It would have helped to have someone at the parking garage that had a list of ppl checking in. And waiting 20 mins for an elevator was a bit much..but I do understand that they are working on a new elevator system and not all were working.

Review 84:While driving towards the Flagship we noticed the surrounding area did not look that safe, and it was far from the main attractions. When we got to the hotel, we thought it was ridiculous to charge $10 for use of wifi. I also do not like that they automatically charge the security deposit, which is $100, and after you check out it takes up to 48 hours to be credited back to you. The flagship is located on the beach, but it isn't the typical beach, just a rock barrier with a water front view.
Review 85:My boyfriend and I were in Atlantic City for the night to see a concert at Boardwalk Hall. It was our first time in Atlantic City. I reserved a suite through booking.com, and it was cheaper than just a room with a bed. And since we were just staying the night all we needed was a room with a bed. Besides the location, everything was clean and the people were pleasant. There are 4 elevators and it was different to punch in the floor number and it told you which elevator to wait for. The room was clean, a little out dated, but still did the job for being in town for one night. We only saw the lobby and our room, so we did not explore any other floors and "attractions" they had within the hotel.

Review 89:The location was perfect. We were able to look out on the ocean without the hustle bustle of other travelers. The shuttle was excellent. The boardwalk was a safe 10 min walk on clean well lit streets. We did not play at the casinos but all were close to the hotel. Staff were all knowledgeable and ready to suggest the best places to go. The room was clean and housekeeping left personal touches daily. Other review complained about the elevators which are being redone (we saw the workers) but we had no issues and never had to wait. The security of the hotel was excellent.
Review 90:I would like a partial refund a complementry stay at a later day and time providing all issues are resolve....and free parking and internet.I do have several friends and family that like to stay some place nice and would like to come together or seperate...so all depends if you like future business from me....Im a small business owner and I have never done buisness this way and keep in mind word of mouth goes a long way.
Review 91:Exhaust in kitchen and wasroom didnot work....ordered food from pizza hut in the facility and the chef was lazy to give 2 sides of hot sauce after tiping and picking my own food up.....ice machine didnt work....complained several times and no one evan staff knows where the ice machine is ...I was told one on each floor and there isant...poor wife and son had yo go look for ice while I was in the shower...no communication what so ever between management and staff.and when asked for to speak with management I was put thru to different people . After a 9 hr drive from Toronto canada one would be curtsey to give you your room early....I was declined....to top that I had to pay for parking and then couldnt connect to internet ...no wifi....had to pay and at that yime I refused to pay or buy....or stay longer.......I also stayed in Virginia norfolk at super 8....staff was friendly got free parking,wifi for internet and the ice machined worked.....and it was ocean view.+ breakfast bar free...just light stuff but great
Review 92:that the website states they are at the start of the boardwalk, has nothing to do with booking itself but when i I researched further I liked the sound of being able to walk down the boardwalk to the beach, however the boardwalk has not been fixed and is somewhat a sad reminder or eye sore. However the hotel provides a shuttle to the boardwalk and is not far from the beach if you chose to walk.

Review 98:The Staff was Great everyone from the Maids to The Valets and in between were very helpful and NICE. Rooms were Very Clean. Liked having the indoor Pool for when Rain happened for 2 days. Game room Good for the Kids and Laundry room is great to have after the BEACH.
Review 99:I found that the booking.com listing was very misleading. It says that there is a prepayment of $100 which leads you to believe that you pay $100 of your room cost then the rest at checkout. Apparently this is not the case what they really mean is it is a $100 security deposit in top of the cost of your room so now I essentially paid double unexpectedly and had less money to use on my vacation. This could have been even worse if someone didn't have that extra money. Please change your listing. The worst part is they actually put $187 on hold in my bank not just the $100 as the listing and then the front desk agent said. So now they are tying up even more money I can not use. Then during the night of my stay I had a room right next to the maids closet. Now I understand that they have a 24 hour crew to keep up with the guest but I found it rather rude when I was woke up at 4:30 am and 7:30 am by the maid staff standing right outside my for having a rather loud conversation waking me up. I am on vacation I do not want to be awake before I have to be. That sure as heck wasn't 4:30 am.
Review 100:While my overall stay was good. The room was nice and clean had a great view and lots of amenities like a kitchen. The pool and hot tub facilities were clean and in good shape. The staff even after waking me up in the middle of the night were very friendly.
Review 101:That we were first sent to a room that was being renovated. We had to go back downstairs and get another room. This took about an hour. The staff didn't care. Also, the elevators were ridiculous.

Review 115:The elevator system was deplorable. One or two of the elevators didn't work. The elevator bank only has four cars. I'm told the system is controlled by a concern that is not located within the hotel. BAD IDEA!!!!! At one point we waited 1/2 hour for an elevator and, of course, the kids got antsy. The elevators were packed with people who were just as disgruntled as we were. The elevator system control is in need of review and replacement. My other complaint was the new charge for Wi-Fi. It is exorbitant. Last year, at Thanksgiving the Wi-Fi was free. The price for Wi-Fi needs to be reduced.

Takes way too long to get from the 27th floor to ground level when out of 3 elevators only one can take you to the floor you pressed in a hotel with 30+ floors. I literally waited close to 15 minutes to get from my floor to the first floor at one point.
