Review 1：It's a big hotel that accommodates a lot of all inclusive package tourists, so there is no personal touch to the place at all, so forget what Lonely Planet says about the place. Service is accordingly and cleaning too. No wifi in the rooms, which is unacceptable in my opinion in year 2016 - and especially for 4 star hotel. The internet connection is even very unstable in the lobby. Don't expect a 4 hotel even though all the facilities are there.

Review 2：Location is good very close to the beach and the promenade. Price/value is good and at the breakfast had a great selection. Heating works and warm water all the time.

Review 3：No wifi in the rooms, only in the lobby, and it wasn't the fastest. the beans were hard and not really cooked correctly, and the dates were old. There is a fee for the safety box. Very boring city, Not so much to do. Morocco is too expensive. They had animals at the hotel for kids to pet, but the animals weren't treated very well. And the old man "taking care" of them asked us to give him money after we pet the animals.

Review 4：Kind staff, let us check out early without extra fee. Good looking pools, but we didn't swim. They had a football/tennis/basketball court. They found taxis for us for good prices. The location was very near the beach. The breakfast was okay. Fresh orange juice and fresh tea.

Review 5：My room was in the 7th floor, above the animation pavilion . The music they are playing is much to loud. Not everybody wants to listen to that music. At least at the beach it was quiet :)

Review 6：The hotel is nice and clean, comfortable and the staff is really friendly and helpful. As I booked only B&B, I can't say anything about lunch and dinner. But breakfast was fantastic.

Review 8：Bad experience with rude staff, found small pins on the floor, Verynoisy lift and not functioning properly at times, boring food, no wifiin room only in reception, leaking toilet. I had my worst nightmareexperience in this hotel which I would not want anyone esp with youngbaby to have.not worth this hassle on a holiday. I had no refund ordiscount when I took it up to the management.

Review 14：From a hotelier These are just suggestions; Breakfast could be upgraded: The fresh juice station is outdated why have someone squeezing the orange manually " looks awful" while you can have it done automatically and still have it fresh. Add more fresh juices: lemon and mint and banana smoothies for example (easy to find in the region) Add maybe amlou with the butter and jam to give the tradional breakfast feel. Control breakfast by tracking room numbers, I had breakfast included no one asked during the two days what is my room Nbr, this means even if I hadn't booked Bed and breakfast I would still have free breakfast.

Review 15：Location, recreational facilities, reception and bellboys team helpfulness. Special mention to Malika, Khaled and the gentleman who checked us in early morning on 16th I think he is night shift in charge, they are extremely helpful and accommodating. The baghrir and msemen station is excellent.

Review 20：You must pay for the safe, you must leave 100 dh as guarantee to get towels for the pool. At the check out (11h 30) the casheer was out for lunch, we had to wait at the reception for 45 min. You don't have many choices for breakfast, if you stay a long period you can get tired of the eggs and crepes. But overall, there's a good value for the money.

Review 21：We allways enjoyed staying at this hotel. This time we've been upgraded to a beautiful suite with an amazing view, the bed was huge and very confortable.

Review 28：Receptionist staff, specially Rashid, my room was double with pool view, I requested for double bed, but they offer me a twin bed, I refuse the room, than they offer me a room with out pool view, and told me that what they have, if you don't like you can go to another hotel, after long discussion, the offer me the right room. Also, the restaurant waiter was very bad & not polite, I set me & my wife in a table for 4, waiter came & ask us to move to table for 2 people, after 15 minutes, the same waiter arrange the same table for European couple, I report the case to restaurant manager, but he never care as well,,, It is really bad service & staff need more skills to deal with guests

Review 30：Smell of sewers in bathroom (from Bidet - no water trap). Cleaning staff tried to control by plugging overflow with paper. Lots of noise from lifts despite having room furthest away from lift shaft. Noise continues all night.

Review 42：I really didn't like the staff way of dealing with me. First they gave me a room and it was in the ground floor. noisy and WC doesn't work properly for some reason. the sink was clogged. I asked to switch room and they said no all the rooms are full. then after 5 hrs of asking them to find me a proper room plus some pocket $, they changed my room.

Review 124：Very disappointed to find a guest walking out of my room four hours after checking in, having also been checked in to the same room. Luckily he was a friendly businessman and we shared a joke about the hotel's appalling breach of security. Dinner staff had no idea who was on what board, asking every night of the stay. Dinner itself was rather monotonous and drab with little variety to the menu, surely a small themed menu parallel to the normal nightly fare would have made meals more enjoyable.

Review 125：The room was excellent with everything that I wanted and needed as well as spacious and comfortable coupled with an excellent view. The housecleaning staff were extremely friendly and helpful whilst the reception staff were helpful although not as warm and friendly. Breakfasts were plentiful, varied and fresh and staff helped although cooks were not terribly friendly, a smile would have illuminated their good service.

Review 127：The staff were friendly & engaged with the kids, hotel was clean and the in house entertainment was good if you have nothing else planned for the evening. Majority of staff spoke English-bonus if you don't speak either french/arabic. Three different swimming pools- ideal for all swimming abilities

Review 128：For the half board option there were surprising "Optional extras" which you had to pay for, e.g. poolside towels, use of the safe in your room. The WiFi access was limited to the lobby only. Access should have been made available elsewhere in the hotel (e.g. the rooms).

Review 129：Upon arrival the reception accommodated our request to be placed in adjacent rooms (offering a selection of rooms to choose from). The overall location was conveniently located to the beach. The kids really enjoyed the water slides (even though the February water was a bit cold!)

Review 130：1. DO NOT trust the pics - the gym room DOES NOT look like what it claims on the site. When confronted with staffs, they said the pics on booking.com were uploaded by random tourists. They became very unfriendly afterwards. 2. Breakfast area is crowded and has lots of flies. 3. Wifi is shxt slow. I mean that. 4. Some of the staffs are not friendly.

Floors were otherwise clean, but bathroom floors were dirty in both of our rooms. Hopefully the staff will draw their attention to those too.

Review 135：Staff was excellent! Very friendly and helpful. Location was good- many shops and restaurants were very close (Pizza Hut was our favourite!). Dinner offered ice cream so that was very good. Every night had a different programme and those were quite interesting. Would recommend.
