Review 3：The hotel was very well located, with private off-street parking in downtown valle de bravo. It is very close to restaurants and shopping and has an excellent view of the lake. The people were very friendly and let us check in early. We had one issue with the toilet, which they resolved within 15 minutes of our notification. It is also only about a 20 minute drive to the Monarch butterfly sanctuary.
