Review 1：the restaurant: it is bad food (pre cooked and warmed up) charged at astronomical price fortunately the management of the hotel took care of it after we complained (50% discount on the overpriced warmed up dinner)

Review 13：I was not impressed with some of the staff. Training and or supervision is needed. Breakfast was one problem area where staff were not in control. We were not welcomed all 3 three mornings and the buffet was not replenished as necessary and on one morning there was hardly anything on offer at the hot buffet.

Review 21：Comfortable one night stay during our trip through Belgium. We enjoyed having drinks in the courtyard and dinner at the hotel's own restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff at the hotel and at the restaurant. Parking convenient.

No hanger for the shower head, loose soap tray, bottle opener fixed to the sink(???), industrial ceiling...not speaking of the 80's style. Only one big bath towel for 2 person. Review 31：We had very good deal with double room, parking and breakfast for just above 70euros. The bedroom was very nicely decorated and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was very nice and varied.
Review 32：is unbelievable that a 4-star hotel has no room service. When I ask for room service the waiter told that he's alone on the restaurant and can't attend my request. I went to the restaurant to take dinner, he show me my table and gave the list. 30 min waiting and finally I ordered some pizza delivery to my room.

The staff was not super friendly but still OK. Not very smiling but still helpful. Breakfast was OK but there were no fresh eggs which I found a pity. The room seems cheap but when you add all the extras I still found it quite expensive for the service. Breakfast is not included etc

The breakfast area was either part of an older building or made to look like an older building (Nunnery/monastery can't remember which) Ample parking, easy to access. Cost 10 euro for 24 hours so we left the car to go shopping in liege. Easy walking distance to the city centre.

We were at the 5th floor in a superior bedroom and unfortunately it was a catastroph to take a shower due to this technical problem, totally unacceptable for a 4* hotel in Belgium.

Review 51：I booked a businessroom which was supposed to be a deluxe room with check out at 3pm, a fruitbowl, a parking place and a bottle of water. Room was too small with a view on the parking, didn't appear as a deluxe to me. No fruitbowl, had to ask for it. I expected something special, received 1 banana for 2 persons, 2 mandarines, 2 appels, a pear and 2 mini berries. The free bottle of water was a mini bottle, once again for 2 persons. No minibar. Humidity in bathroom suffocated us. Bath Is too small. The temperature regulator was broken so we couldn't change the degrees so we had it too hot or too cold. Window couldn't be opened entirely. Breakfast too basic, too little choices. Coffeemachine got cleaned up while a lot of people were still sitting in the breakfastroom, couldn't serve myself a second coffee. There was one female staffmember who was very nice, but too social and too energetic. Can be ennoying for some people. Breakfast staff spoke only french to their clients, which I found weird. Anyway, it wasn't worth the 4 stars and definitely not the price of 105€ the night.

Review 55：Lots of construction on the street around the hotel. When this is cleared up it'd be easier to walk on the path along the river to get to the downtown. A bit far from downtown but walkable. Breakfast was decent but could have re-stocked the hot items in a timely manner, never done while we were there and several items were out. Room could use a toilet bowl brush.

If you're coming towards the hotel with it on your right, you pass the hotel and there is a sign to turn in for the parking which is situated behind the hotel. Good breakfast, cappuccino machine! Review 57：A top quality hotel in a good location only a 15 - 20 minute walk from the main tourist attractions and the main square in Liege. Room was very comfortable and the staff were also very good.
Review 58：There is quite a lot of construction going right in front of the hotel, but of course this is not a hotel's fault. Just be aware that it does not look good and it is not so comfortable to walk there. The view from our room (220) was not nice. For 1 night it was OK.

Review 62：Hotel is dated. Promoted as (and charges for) a 4 star but I would giveit that barely. Free wifi was slow. Room had the basics, but nothingadded, other than a small bottle of water. The only products were asmall bar of cheap soap; the (body) shampoo and bath gel were indispensers in the wall. The tub had a shower, but the shower curtain washung more inside the narrow tub than out- so I fought it while trying toshower. Even then, there was water on the floor. Tv channels wereminimum. Breakfast for Euro 15 was pretty basic with what seemed to be alot of prepackaged or ready-made items. Sort of the Euro version of a usHoliday Inn Express.
