Review 1：There was an electricity problem at the hotel (in 2015???!!!) so that many facilities didn't work for example restaurant, SPA and sauna...no dinner at the hotel....only sleep and go!

Review 8：Design is a bit flashy and pretentious but still OK. Location is central but quite far from tourist routes. Cabs are cheap though, less than 2 USD/2 EUR/1 GBP from hotel to the very center.

Review 9：Really good hotel, the only place in the city fitting world standards. Spacious rooms, good spa center and efficient staff. The best choice in Yaroslavl for both business and leisure after all. And really great price-value ratio!!!

Review 10：Heating was not efficient (in December) and room was cold. Electric heaters were provided. It's not really a minus, but the room I got smelled of cigarettes - however I was immediately offered a different fresh room on the same floor. Lobby bar staff was not very happy to serve food at 2am.

Review 11：Interesting design, internal atrium with panoramic lifts and impressive comfortable sitting area, maybe even "overdesigned" to be "royal". Lobby bar serving food 24/7 and very nice and helpful reception staff. Very good breakfast with lots of hot dishes and variety of food.

Review 22：Evrerything. The building is ample. The service is excellent Te location is near the center, the train station and the river promedate. But the best of all is definitly the restaurante and the breakfast, And they have exquisite rums in the bar too!

Wi-fi, tasty breakfast and friendly staff! Very happy that there is such a beautiful hotel in Yaroslavl'! Recommend it to everybody, who cares about the comfort, service and stylish design.

Review 27：no bathrobes. We arrived late at night and wanted to have some cognac/brandy - only Hennesy available - for me it is very expensive and i would like to have more cheap options, especially in Yaroslavl.

Review 42：Shower was Stupid. Can only use it holding the shower head. Smoke comesinto the rooms from the landings where everyone can smoke. Service inthe restaurant was hopeless, waitress gave our table away when we wentto get more coffee at breakfast. I asked her what she was doing and theyall looked at me as if I was stupid. Extra cost of spa services was waytoo much. Just use standard sauna and pool.
