Review 1：Broken TV in the room, but receptionist offered us a new room, we could choose from 3 free rooms One from the cleaners was really strange - she didn ´t clean up our room, just left new towels hanged on the doorknob, but cleaners on other day were ok

Review 3：The Wi Fi did not work in the room. Upon arrival we found only 1 bath towel for the 2 of us + a used one hanging. The toilet was not fixed well and tilted a bit when sitting on it. The hairdryer was partl broke and because of one loose fitting it was nearly impossible to hang it back and stop blowing.

Review 4：We liked the size of the room, the weell catered bathroom and the sumptios breakfast. The staff was also helpful.

Review 5：Good food, the best I found in Slovakian hotels during a business week. Nice staff. A problem with wifi connection was resolved with a portable router in my room. International press available for breakfast. Rooms clean and nice even though old-fashion style.

Review 11：This is the grand hotel of the town, and presents itself accordingly. Well appointed rooms, tasteful décor, excellent restaurant. Both reception and restaurant staff were extremely helpful.

Review 12：Arrived at a little after 20hr and found every restaurant near and even inside the hotel closed and it wasn't a holiday or a Sunday. Was given room 322 and found the door had a large crack around the lock that looked like it had been kicked open.

Review 56：This was my second stay at this hotel, and the staff was as friendly and helpful as the first time. The location is perfect for me. Close to friends, and close to the train station. The breakfast is excellent.

Review 57：There is no WiFi access in the rooms allocated to booking.com. It is only available in public areas and the first floor rooms. This proved to be very annoying as I needed access on the night I stayed. The rooms allocated to booking.com are all non-smoking, although they have many smoking rooms.

Many amenities in room included even atoothbrush (rare in central Europe). Steam shower is a bit overkill insummer, but might be enjoyable in different seasons. Generally they seemto think about the service (not of the common type of hotel owner who"does not like people, so will open a hotel...".) Not thecheapest, but highly recommended.

The staff often got our order wrong and I waswith my slovak speaking partner. The only positive point was the room webooked. The business executive suite. It was a good size and nicelydecorated. Other rooms which we had sen, were very small and dull, withlittle light. The main disappointment was the new years eve. We expecteda organized fireworks display. There were just groups of drunk peoplethrowing fireworks all over the town center. No countdown to the newyear or nothing. I would not recommend this hotel of city to anyone.
