Review 1：The sea view was very meagre (view of town in the first apartment I stayed in much more appealing), the queen bed is two singles pushed together with no comforter (not an issue since I had no companion to snuggle with), and cooking facilities a little sparse for longer stays (ie. no freezer or oven/microwave, no second/bigger pot or colander, most forks handles broken).
Review 2：Mattress very comfortable, the apartment clean and great location near the sea, the local amenities, and short walk to train to Haarlem and Amsterdam.
Review 3：Bathroom|toilet is really small, room needs to be a little renovated (though overall furniture is nice and has a lot of handmade design things).

Review 8：The one room did not have a door, and it's right off the living room, so no privacy or quiet. If traveling with small children, bring your own food as there didn't seem to be many places to get take away or any markets. There were some ants in the kitchen. Owner said he would take care of it. They only take cash.

Review 10：Did not receive a recipt after payment even after requesting for It. Heater in the room wasnt working well received no additional help or follow up. There wss no vaccum cleaner nor a cleaner available so the room was dirty after the first day and we couldnt clean it.Too expensive for the service offered. They did accomodate a 1 hr late checkout request which was helpful.
Review 11：batteries in the tv remote were empty. No tv that night, but no big deal.
Review 12：We liked the friendliness of the owners, who gave us a bigger flat than the one we booked. 2 minutes walking distance to the beach. The house was in maisonette style with two bedrooms upstairs and living/kitchen/bathroom on the groundfloor with nice interior and everything you need for self supply and comfort. free parking on the property... will be most advantageous in the summer months when Zandvoort will be packed with cars.

Review 15：The toilet is very small. The apartment located at third floor and need to carry the luggage via the staircase but it is fine for me.
Review 16：The owner is very nice and he claimed himself coming from Kowloon of Hong Kong. Provide free car parking and the parking lot just in front of the apartment.
Review 17：Parking is free but not adjacent. You have to cross a couple streets, which I wouldn't mind if I didn't have young children. Also, payment is only accepted in cash.
Review 18：We stayed at the apartment for more than 2 weeks and used it as a base to explore Holland. It's a nice place and it's fully equipped and furnished. They will even provide clean towels. The kitchen is fully equipped and you can use it to make pretty much anything.

Review 20：The location was terrific! Close to the beach and a simple, quick and easy train ride into Amsterdam. Much better to stay in Zandvoort than Haarlem or Amsterdam. The apartment was just right and very comfortable. Good value as well.
Review 21：Accommodation is simple, personal not overly friendly and they refused to accept credit cards, which is for a price of EUR 150 per night rather surprising. We stayed for 1 night, which was fine, but I would not book this place for longer holidays.

The apartment is decorated very-very tastefully. We chose the top floor apartment, and altough we read here in the comments that it's kitchenette is poorly equipped, we think that it has everything you would need during a holiday.
