Review 1：I would like to have porridge for breakfast, there is no place where to put soup and shower gel in a shower cabin, there is no possibility to have tea in a room, no complimentary water is provided in a room in a such expensive hotel, restaurant is good but extremely expensive.

Review 6：Why in the world were the floors of the rooms at an angle??? It was annoying and made staying in the room uncomfortable. The bar had a horrendously poor choice of alcohol (no cocktails? not even wine?!) and the food in the hotel restaurant was boring, uninspired and didn't work. I suggest you to revise the menu completely.

Review 7：The building itself was beautiful, the spa was quite lovely, we loved the outdoor jacuzzi and the luxurious feel of the rooms. The design was good and the rooms were comfortable enough. The service was also five-star quality.

Review 8：Bring some bugs spray if you want to enjoy the nice terrace outside during breakfast or dinner... (of course for the whole of Palanga).

Review 9：Good to know is that the SPA is included in the arrangement and is high high class (with pool outside etc), not just a small SPA but a place you can spend your days. Renting bikes from hotel is 3 Euro/hour I understood and Palanga is one of the best places on earth to bike close to the sea in the green. Check-out at 1pm... great on top. The hotel has a very unique boat construction, to experience before to believe!

Review 10：Staff was not friendly enough. If you arrive to the 5 stars hotelreception personnel should be more helpful and caring. This is theweakest part of hotel.

Review 11：This is one of the best hotels in Lithuania with a nice scandinavianarchitecture surrounded by nature, very close to the sea. The spa isfabulous with a stunning outside warm pool working during the wintertime too. Late check out possibilities. Nice breakfast.

Review 12：Breakfast buffet is in another building. Breakfast buffet it was quite crowed in December so I would clarify this point if I go on summer vacation there.

Review 14：Staff is rather arrogant, they do all you ask, but there is a feeling of warm welcoming missing. They will do what is needed nothing extra. There is not that extra mile for the customer. And that is a shame, because if they really changed that approach, they would be unbeatable :). From the hotel of such class you would expect at least a little bit of exceeding expectation, not just meeting them.

Review 15：Great location, super spa facilities, fire place in the lobby (really nice in cold periods, as they keep it fired up in the evenings), design, really good restaurant (even though expensive). We come here often, so we know exactly what to expect.

Review 16：During the night there was extremely loud noise coming from partying guests outside (in the car). We hoped security or night shift to make it stop. Somehow it lasted quite long. But it wasn't direct fault of a hotel, yet made our night start slightly painful:)

Review 17：Pretty much everything:) exeptionally cozy and comfortable rooms with magnificent view of the sea and pine trees. Beautiful surroundings, all is perfectly managed and clean, convenient location, carying staff, delicious breakfast with sufficient variety of foods to choose from. We just didn't make it to try SPA facilities.. Seemed we missed a lot:)

Review 26：27°C in the room during the night with no chance to open the window because of mosquitos is not something you expect from 5 star hotel. Especially when you travel with a small child. They told me that air conditioner is not working as they are not fully booked. !!!Unexpected cleaning day!!, which I was not told about when I Booked my short stay. On check in they told me that next day spa is closed until 17.00 for sanitation!!!!!!! Had to move to another hotel on the next day.

Review 28：Not a children friendly spot. Kids are not allowed in the pool area after 7pm. No kids room or any entertainment corner at the restaurant. Restaurant seems overpriced comparing to other places around. Restaurant is located in another building (outside) which is not so convenient in winter period.
